There's an older thin woman that works here that I use to see all the time at the location at Citi Plaza. She over the years has... ALWAYS been so kind. Amazing customer service! I found out she's been working at Arby's for over 20 years. That's one GREAT JOB!I hope she gets recognition for this!!! Read more
Went later in the evening and they took a good 5 minutes to answer the drive thru actually had to call they?re phone number... before they answered the drive though. Foods good but service sucks Read more
Rude drive thru employee made excuses for 15 minute wait in line at 8:15 pm today. I made a statement that the wait was a bit... extreme then he told me to leave & closed the drive thru window. So I left, without my order for which I had waited 15 minutes+. Customer service was n 2022. I guess companies get what they pay for. Read more
