First off, their phone doesn't actually work for incoming calls. After they left me FOUR, 30 second silent voicemails and... cancelling a bunch of my order, I couldn't even get through to figure out what was going on. The order arrived half an hourlater, and was incorrect. Don't order from this location, they couldn't get a single thing right. Read more

Good is bland and overpriced for what you get Scrambled eggs were dry and rubbery toast was not toast. Sausage had a strange... taste to it almost like it was bad. There debit machine is difficult to deal with had to remove my phone case to use tap notimpressed! Not all British people like there eggs dry and rubbery a generally rude comments from staff! Very unprofessional 1star for the food less then zero for the Staff for attitude . Save your money go elsewhere. Read more

Terrible experience. I ordered the chicken wrap and this guy was ordering for me and then went back to the kitchen to prep the... food. He did not wash his hands and he was like scratching his chest ? and touching his face and his ears and everything. So Iasked the lady if this is always the way to prepare food. And she said yes. I asked does she think glove would be good ideas.And she said the health inspector said no gloves. It?s poison. It melts on hot food. But the chicken wrap is hardly hot food andI am just confused. so they want to use bare hands for hot food if the temperature is too high for the glove wouldn?t it be toohot for the hands??? At least use a thong or something. Anyway, the lady wasn?t really explaining she was practically screamingand repeating gloves are bad. Would have been nice if she just talk to me in regular tone and because that?s how you explain. Meas a customer, was standing there like a student who did something wrong and was told by the teacher. What a great place. Fast food but very clean. Freshly renovated and awesome interior. The glass for the soft drinks is freezing... cold, therefore no need for ice. I had a very strange and stressful experience here. It's the washrooms. They are locked! Youcan't use them unless an employee comes and punches the code! When I asked for access I was told it's only for customers thathave ordered. So even though I wanted to have a lunch here I cold only use the washroom after I ordered!? I had to call themanager and promise that I will order food and only after that I was given access to the washroom. Very bizarre. I wish A&W canmake my next visit more enjoyable. Indeed making me feel like an intruder or someone that is not welcome here. Read more
