This location is always open, early and later than most of the ones in London, and I love A&W's breakfast, it's sooo good.

Fast food was good as is. Hard to find your way thru gas bar, variety store, A&W to Patio. Then entrance Door was locked when... set down food w friend and wanted to enter building again for Accessible Restroom? Business not closed for day? No wanderersaround new rural build /..nor students & even if were- they need accessible washrooms too!? Read more

The manager and employees can't figure out how to split an order. We wanted to use two coupons as two different people in one... car ordering food. They were out of onion rings so we both had the same coupon on our individual accounts which isn't allowedbut he couldn't explain it properly apparently according to the manager. We did suggest splitting orders or one of us coming into order but he just kept saying no. the manager said this was due to people trying to screenshot coupons to which I say checkmy timer running out. The coupons say one per guest per visit. We are two people. So both my friends scanned coupon and mycoupon which was timed out because we were at the pay window have both gone expired because these employees and managers don'tknow how to split an order or explain basic stuff. It's literally them being out of onion rings that caused this issue and it'struly not so hard because we had wanted to order different things. This is the location we always come to, by the time we got tothe next location like 45 minutes later because traffic that actually had onion rings, the timer on my coupon had run up andthey had already scanned theirs at this previously visited location. They're usually fine with the food it's honestly ourfavorite a&w in the city but obviously they don't know how to articulate or make a customer happy when there is an issue. Thistruly was not that hard. Split the orders. One coupon per guest per visit. Two people. Not rocket science. It's unfortunate themanager also doesn't understand this. I mean they were closer to accusing us of trying to cheat the system then admitting theywere actually at fault. To be fair I honestly don't even recall telling him it was a coupon for the same thing... So they'reprobably both full of it. Maybe corporate can clarify it for us. Read more

We ordered the Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger and the Mozza Burger, combos with fries and a drink. We also order two sweet and sour... sauce and a gravy. We've never tried the gravy and oh my gosh, the grave it was really really nice. The staff here are alwaysgreat, fast and efficient and always friendly. The only thing I hope they would do is add the sweet and sour sauce to the a&wapp as something that you can add through there rather than having to ask at the drive-in window. Staff were friendly and attentive. Tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Very tasty. Hotter than I expected actually. Love... the pickles. Not huge but good. Quite enjoy their chilled glass mugs. A nice touch they continue to offer. Read more
