After a hard day at work my family and I went out to this A&W to get my favorite comfort food (Chipotle snack wraps). I tent to... buy them in large quantities (3-5 orders/two wraps per order) and only after paying and parking to eat we realized they onlygave us one wrap per order unlike the normal two per order. My girlfriend went in to ask for the rest of our food and themanager stated the snack wraps only come one per order not two like normal. After some back and forth we then had to pay foranother four orders of wraps. Lastly, after that inconvenience we begin to eat and noticed we didn't recieve the Chipotle mayoordered along side the rest of our food. After a second trip back into the store the manager explained that they were out of themayo we had ordered. Now I don't know about everyone else but in my family we get the sweet potato fries because with theChipotle mayo they taste impeccable. Without said mayo they are just worse than regular fries. In conclusion, I am leaving thisreview because as a customer I feel the service given was below par and after requesting a simple fix (giving us the other fourwraps) we were condescended to and charged more than normal. I faced the worst experience from a food shop in Canada so far, from a&w hughbury. The guy who takes the order there in the... morning is very rude and arrogant. Especially toward the people from his country. He thinks he's the king there. So bad???? Read more
At 730pm we didn't expect much. Best service and food we've had from A&W in ages. (Compared to Southdale and Wonderland). Hot... fries, crispy rings. Fresh teen and chicken burgers. Way to go. Wish we lived closer lol Read more

I drove to drive through around 11pm and the employees was not ready to serve . U should really fire the employees who are least... interested to work. How disrespectful it is to go the restaurant and employee?s notice u and just ignore and when I went towindow , they just went to kitchen. It?s just not about food but lack of responsibility in customer service. Never going again. Read more
Worst staff experience I ever had in Canada is at this place..The staff working at that time were rude. I always see before... whatever I eat. I ordered same thing two times and i got two different things, I respectfully asked them to make a one withoutbacon and they were like I have to pay for it. Then i thought to give a try and ask them to remove bacon from my burger and giveit back?So the guy there directly uses his finger in front of me and removes it. At this point I was clear that i will not eatthat burger. This kind of hospitality is not expected at a good hotspot like A&W. I wish I had clicked some photos. Read more
Ordered buddy with cheese at highbury and Huron get home to find mold on the bun had to drive back to get a refund will never... eat at A&W ever again this should have been caught A&W is worse than I have ever seen in all my years going there. Offered mefree food to make things right but just didn't get it when I said I will never eat here again he did say sorry alot but whatgood is sorry when you hand someone bad food with no care in mind! I am truly not one to put ratings up here...but this A&W is not well ran or managed. I thought I would go inside to have a ... Poutine fries. I even ate inside. I walked from the counter to the table. The fries were stone cold. Gravy was not even a tadbit warm. They told me they would make me a new order. I waited 15 minutes and still no fries. Meanwhile there was ordersgoing out after me with fries. I was still waiting. This location is terrible. The staff and the manager are very rude. Nopeople skills at all!! Read more
