Went in to pick up poutine for my daughter and I and a burger for a friend and there were a few other customers there and they... were joking around about the one lady and how many extra pickles she had asked for and essentially received on her teen burgerlol...it's nice to see there are still such awesome and carefree, all around good people still on the earth so many haveunfortunately become bitter... But this was an awesome day and the guy working behind the counter was really funny also jokingaround with all of us about different things. His warm smile and genuine attitude makes this a definite perfect go to fast foodstop for me and it has been quite a while since I had such wonderful service so thank you to him wish I had got his name!! Staff really need to learn their menu and LISTEN to customers. Ordered 2 buddy packs, not hard to accomplish. Was asked multiple... times if I wanted 3 or 5 strips. Needed a buddy burger kid pack and a 2 strip kid pack. Was given a buddy burger alone and (2) 2strip kids packs. Not a huge deal overly but seriously, know your menu and be able to UNDERSTAND what a customer is saying.Won't return. At least to this location. Last 2 times I've been my order was wrong. Read more
5pm on Thursday sept 8. store was not busy 5 employees standing around and the place was infested with flies with some wasps... mixed in. Food tasted good like always but my wife and I both had minor stomach issues once home. So sad was our favoriteplace for a quick meal. Read more
Sadly this A&W does not get a god review. They completely got my order wrong not once but twice. Had to back in twice after... getting drive through. And yes they still got my order wrong. My parents went to the A&W yesterday to get a couple burgers and me a beyond meat vegetarian burger. They had the being meat... burger in the same bag as the meat burgers. That is a cross contamination of meat with vegetarian food. Not good. I work in akitchen and that is never allowed My pop was flat. And my dad had onion rings that were mush. We went there last year and mydads burger had hair in it. I've also been inside the location and the staff are rude and make you stand there waiting forservice. Never again will I give that A&W location a chance. And if the company doesn't do anything to fix the problem they'rehaving I will never go to another A&W again. Just ordered 2 mama burgers with bacon, 3 chicken strips and 1 beyond meat meal with sweet potato fries at about 8pm. Only 1... mama burger made it home but I paid 30$ so I know it was paid for. I tried to call but no answer and the voicemail is full. Howdisappointing! Read more
