My lunch order was messed up . Bare nasty burgers with nothing I asked for on it. I asked for a store credit and was... denied WORST SERVICE !! Lost a customer ! Spent $30 on lunch today and although service was excellent the quality of the food was very poor. Chicken was dry and buns... burnt. Best part of the meal was the gravy. Will not be returning here for another meal. Read more
Came here Tuesday August 25th and 1pm. Spent over $19 on a Chubby Chicken Combo and 2 chipotle wraps with cheese. This is the... quality of food we received. Burnt, soggy cold onion rings and no cheese on either wraps. No receipt in the bag either. Read more
Really like a&w. March 10 say here in food court for 28 mins watched 14 people at different times wanting food. Then they just... left. No one came out at all to greet them. I know 3 fire fighters were their in the back talking with them ' I assume. If theywere not able to take orders they should have left a note on counter or had some let customers know. In the whiteoaks food court paid $25 for 2 meals and my burger was barely together with ketchup all over the outside of the... wrapper.
