Came here today with my sister. They put her toppings in as triple, overcharging her and then made fun of her for ordering so... many toppings in front of her face?? Then when she let them know they rung her toppings in wrong they didn?t offer to refund.Then after she ordered and got her food no one came to take my order for five minutes even though they were dead. 20 years ago A&W was a place I avoided like the plague. I thought the same thing would have happened to them like what happened... to Coffee Time. But, I think about 10 or 12 years ago. A&W did a complete turnaround. Not 180° but a full 360°. Now, I can saywith confidence amongst their competitors they have the best burgers. The best fries. The best coffee. And the best customerservice. They even have a sink in the dining area in some locations which is so cool. This way I can wash my hands before I eatand I don't have to go into the washroom for that. Now, I actually go out my way to go to A&W. If I could I would give then 10stars. Read more

Placed an order for pickup that was supposed to be ready at 4:54pm. Came in to the restaurant, went to the pick up counter & the... associate said, nothing is showing in their board for pick up and asked me if I was in the right place. He did not even checkwith anybody about my order or how to help me. I called my partner who placed the order to confirm that the Bradley/Wonderlandlocation was where she ordered & she confirmed it. I went back to the counter & another associate checked a tablet that, I guessmeant for online orders, & she found my order! Why wouldn?t this tablet be checked regularly for orders? The crew there were allkids that looked like they were just goofing around. The worst part is, nobody offered an apology for their mess up and I had toask for one! Too bad that the lowest I can give is a 1 star. The guy who served me first actually said he is not himself today.If you can?t do your job properly, better stay home. Really bad experience with the young man who attended me. He ignored me for a long time was I was waiting to order and even took... the order from another person that was after me. then, when he was taking the order he was rude. You guys have to improve thecostumer service experience. Read more
