Nothing like getting your lunch when your at work just to wear the pop and track it through the store because it's over flowing... then you go to eat the burger and the bun is completely soggy. This location is located in the Masonville Mall food court but that doesn't make the quality or service ( it's actually a little... faster ) any less inferior than a regular brick & mortar location. The burgers & fries are always cooked fresh to order and arenice and hot !!! Way better than a McDonald's burger !!! Read more

Horrible service. Unprofessional employees. Inconsistent food. I have never experienced this kind of service at A&W. Management... should be ashamed leaving such a well respected, reputable establishment in this condition. I've been to this location twice,it's clearly lacking in training. The girl at the cashier was constantly socializing, joking, laughing, texting, and distractingthe one cook in the back. It was absolutely unacceptable how unprofessional they both were. I ordered one thing, I was the onlyperson there. My sweet potato fries arrived fast, but that's because they were undercooked, still crunchy, and unseasoned. Iwill not be back. Read more
It's took almost 20 minutes to get our food from the time of ordering. I watched the girls stand around not making our food... while they talked and looked at papers on the wall. There is no reason it should take that long to make 3 burgers and 2 poutineswhen we were their only order. The service was terrible, the girl kept asking if there was anything else even though there werestill people in the group who hadn't ordered, then didn't say anything else to us at all while we were waiting. Got home and oneof the burgers and one of the poutines were made wrong. Will never go to that location again. Read more
