Every single order is wrong or made poorly. Awful customer service and always missing items. They never give you a receipt to... even be able to call corporate to complain. This is my quesadilla with literally nothing on it, same with everything else Iordered. It?s annoying when you pay for extra ingredients and you get even less than normal. Read more
Employees are rude. GM doesn't do anything to keep his employees in check. They ignore customers and smoke inside out the drive... through window. So many people in this town have complained but corporate refuses to shut this location down. So maybe we canall complain to the health dept about lack of glove use while making food. You cannot go inside of this location, but the drive thru is always chock full and stagnated. Expect a 5-10 minute wait per car... ahead of you as they take each individuals order and then lackadaisically assemble them before taking the next person's order.It is common to wait 45 minutes or more before you even get to the intercom to pick up your online order. And expect to waitanother 5-10 minutes of silence without being addressed at said intercom. Read more

Honestly, they need to get their management together. One of the workers that actually put the order together... he seemed... really nice but Overall it seemed like no one knew what was going on and the actual manager for that shift kept going out tosmoke every 5 minutes or so & seemed annoyed if he was disrupted doing so. The tables were filthy, there was literally one inthe very back corner it was partially cleaned off but the sun was in our eyes.
