Went in today. Ordered a drink and then ordered my food. I continued to wait 50-60 min for my food. It never came and they were... not that busy. I finally asked what was up. They lost the ticket. It came out about 10 min later. Food was good. If you take anextra hour of my time, I expect some sort of recompense. Not a single discount or comp on the meal. This isn?t what I wouldconsider ?doing the right thing.? I know the normal manager would have done something for me for La Caretta?s mistake, but theydeserve a negative review for my experience today. I?ve had lots of happy transactions with La Caretta in the past and I regretnot leaving reviews for them, but maybe they?re slipping. Prices going up and service going down. I will not be back as quicklyas I would have been otherwise. Read more
Good stuff, Authentic, Quick service and Amazing Salsa!!
If you?re in the London area and want a fun place to eat tasty Mexican and wash it down with gigantic margaritas or other... cocktails, this is a solid place to go. Big dining area, kind service, wide selection of chicken, steak, and vegetarian options(and a few pork items). Bottomless salsa and delicious guac made fresh at the table (mild, medium, and hot). Family owned andoperated: kind as can be. Willing to go the extra mile for big family table. Some drinks come with tiny umbrellas. Churros comewith whipped cream on top of vanilla ice cream with a cheery topper, and drizzled hot fudge. Plenty of parking, indoor andoutdoor seating. Read more
I don't like leaving negative reviews. Especially since the staff were great. BUT, my experience could have definitely been... better. I ordered the new salmon dish and was expecting something more, especially since it was one of the more expensive itemson the menu. What I got was rice that was so burned and overcooked that it was crispy. The salmon and grilled vegetables didn'tfair much better, both burned to a literal crisp. It was difficult to identify this though initially as the veggies and salmonwere buried under a mountain of "special sauce". I'm not sure what this blue green sauce was... But there was a lot of it. Icouldn't even finish the meal. Maybe serve the salmon on top of the rice and vegetables with a tenth of the sauce? Read more
A unique, fun atmosphere for the whole family! Made a pit stop on our way back from Cosi in Columbus and so glad we did!... Fantastic beverages, delicious food, very polite & fun staff. Will definitely stop by again! Read more
Had a very nice experience for dinner. Service was excellent with plenty of smiles. A great menu with different choices that... you'd not expect to see. A nice selection of Mexican beer. Chips n salsa at your table while you decide on menu selection. Anice bright family friendly atmosphere with tons of colors and plants everywhere. Our food tasted great and came quick onceordered. Pricing was nice for what you get. I look forward to visiting again in the future. Read more
First of all they have awesome margarita. The staff was great. Chips and salsa are included and also you get sweet salsa besides... the red one, everything is fresh and delicious. The meals themselves are on the big size and fair price. I'll definitely come bynext time I'm in town. Only issue the bathrooms can be kept a little cleaner but that's also on customers. Read more
