Drink, food, and service was excellent. Would come back again. User discretion: the drive up to Starbucks is quite steep, be... cautious in the slick weather. Also, both restrooms were not in great condition and there was trash throughout the storefloor/tables making our to-stay order and to-go decision. We did inform the staff of the restrooms. Read more

Go here often because it is by my work. Went before work and coffee was good. Went after and got my son one and it had soap in... it. We both tried it and it was SOAP. Called to talk to the manager and the Supervisor on duty got on the phone and talked tome like I was dumb. Said it was foam. They don?t have soap on station. I?ve drank coffee longer than she was born and I know thedifference in soap and foam????????????. She could have handled it way better and they wouldn?t have lost my business! Idcabout a refund. The coffee brewers were all broken, so there was no coffee. We waited nearly 20 minutes for egg bites and pour-over coffees,... which were luke warm. Plus, they made the entire order incorrectly, from the wrong egg bites to the wrong condiments in thecoffee. If you?re not a local, DO NOT STOP HERE. Read more

I ordered a drink for my wife and of course get the wrong thing entirely. It was supposed to be an iced drink (i didnt know this... as i simply repeated the order to the barista just as my wife told me). Neither of us noticed it until we were 15 miles north on75 that it was wrong because my wife was tending to our baby in the back. Obviously we didn't turn back because we are headedback to Illinois. Done with Starbucks entirely. I'm sick of watching them take advantage of people with sky high prices andthen nit paying attention to detail. If I'm going to pay $5.65 for a medium coffee then it better be right if you want mybusiness again the future. Especially when other shops charge half the price. Very unhappy with this and of course nothing willbe done. Not a good experience at all Read more

Loved it though. Thee line was a little long but we wasn't in a rush that time. They could be a little faster but the drinks we... got was exactly what we ordered. And the girl at the window was nice. Read more

Starbucks is mostly great..recently discovered the great double smoked bacon egg and cheddar sandwich..delicious! Great coffee,... main complaint is the waiting!! ALWAYS lined up forever in drive thru and inside isn?t much better..please add 2 lanes for thedrive thru! Read more

They always get my order right and have great customer service! They are also great at managing unfavorable circumstances. There... has been a few inconveniences recently like not being able to order on their mobile app or the lobby being closed. Havingmanagement experience in retail, I know there is a reason behind these actions. Once I was in the lobby when their mobile apporders weren?t coming through to the store. I was one of these orders. They were very apologetic and made my order as quickly aspossible. As I sat in the lobby, I watched their great customer service with each customer that came in expecting their order tobe ready, but it was not. Every time they explained what was happening with the mobile app and were sincerely apologetic. Theyhad shut the mobile ordering down when they noticed the issue so the problem could get resolved through corporate to minimizethe amount of mishaps. More recently they had the lobby closed and the mobile app was unavailable to place orders on. I noticedthey are training new employees. I appreciate them taking these actions to help give the new employee full attention/training,resulting in correct orders and a little less stress on the new person. It gets so overwhelming while in training that if youare left to fend for yourself, it can become too much. We are all experiencing short staff right now. I?m happy to have theworkers that show up and we need to do all we can to keep them there! Other customers might be annoyed or angry over theinconveniences of their normal routine, but we need to look at the why behind it and the alternative. If it takes 15 instead of3 minutes to get one drink, I?ll take that over a messed up drink or no drink at all. We all need to patient and respectful tothe staff that are showing up to work. Cheers! This location is always crazy busy because there isn?t a Starbucks for 30 miles in any direction and it?s right off the highway.... That said, they do a good job of moving people through pretty quick and there is plenty of parking because they share a lotwith a hotel. Had quite a few drinks from here cruising by and always tasted right. Just a busy exit so make sure you want it! Read more
