Drove here just to get my daughter a strawberry smoothie that is advertised so when the guy takes my order I hear the lady tell... him I can't do that today we're too busy and he tells me sorry but we can't do that today so I say is the machine Broken? And hewouldn't answer... Really? So the employees can choose what and if they serve you a product. What. A terrible ran location. Iwill never be back. sweet tea is always nasty, don?t get it. fries never have any salt and are most of the time cold. gross. and went through and... got 2 cheeseburgers. one burger had 2 top buns and had nothing on it besides ketchup and mustard, when it was a regular burger.there was more condiments then burger. don?t go there. This place is usually a 1 or 2 ? at best but it was probably a 3 today. The reason I gave it 4 ? is because it is usually so bad... but at least today all my order was there and it was not old food. That's a huge improvement from what I can normally say aboutit. Read more
Very dirt. Floors were dirty and slippery, wet spots thru out the floor and no caution sign next to it . Very unorganized. A... grandmother had to send her granddaughter in twice because the fries was cold and old . No one made any attempt to cleananything . Flowers wer next to food they wer serving . Rug by the door had been folded over on the corner. Easy for someone totrip .wouldn't recommend it . Read more

Really have a hard time getting napkins, condiments, and silverware in drive-thru. I ask for it when I order. Most of the time... it isn't there. If I pause to check at the window, the person typically says..."everything is there". When it isn't, the personis annoyed with me. Read more
Staff was polite, store looked clean, they were patient with my family of 6 order. However, my sons Jr cheeseburger was wrong... and my other kids super bacon burger was missing a major ingredient. See the pic for an explanation. That small circle in themiddle is the bacon!!! Read more
Recently remodeled so the building feels nice but if It were up to me I would have rather they spent that money hiring employees... that care about their job. It is totally unacceptable to spend 45 min or longer in a drive thru. The only thing double drivethrus do is make the line look less long and cause people to get aggressive not wanting to alternate who goes after placing anorder. If chick fil a can get you through their long lines in 5 min. There's no excuse for mcdonalds to be this bad. And to addinsult to the whole thing they serve you fries that taste like they were fried before you even got in the line 45 min. Earlierand it's not like it's even that cheap. You can get steak quesodillias at El Dorado cheaper than a combo meal at McDonald's soI've just been getting to go orders at take out resturants, saving money, time and getting better quality food.
