Got a to go order to take to our room and go down for the night. As my husband is disabled it's hard to get him back in the... vehicle to take the sub standard food back. The original recipe chicken ended up being an overcooked crispy. They gave us anextra piece of chicken and an extra mashed potato, why we don't know. We had to go in and order 30min before closing because we were pulling a camper and wouldn?t fit as easily through the drive... thru. The staff looked at me like I was scum for even opening the door. I explained I couldn?t come through the drive thru andwas going to order take out. Reluctantly the cashier wrote my order down because they had already closed the frontlineregisters. She was very short with me and rude. Told me I couldn?t order anything with filets because they weren?t cookinganymore for the night. Then took two orders for chicken sandwiches through the drive thru said they just had to wait for them tocook???? Get my food and the cashier never said a word. We ordered 2 big boxes today at 1:41 pm never did we say a number my daughter ordered a big box an I ordered the same thing a... big box. When they called us up for the order it was a thigh an a wing an 1 side not 2. We told the girl this wasn?t are order,and she said well you said a 1 an its the same as a # 2? first of all it isn?t the same and 2nd we said a big box never did wesay a number. Then in the rudest voice she said well what to you want! Rude rude rude. If I was her supervisor she would not beworking with customers. My daughter was so made .. she did not make a sense like she wanted to just said give us our money backwe don?t want anything. I used my debt card and of course they have to put it back on my card. I asked when it would be refundedan another girl said now so I gave my daughter my card and walked away. My daughter came to the car an said it will be 2 or 3days for the refund to be but on my card!! When she just told me it would be right back on it! Service is lacking. Ordered a bowl and was charged for a combo and was told they were out of an item and wasn't offered a... replacement only to get to the window and was told they just gave me 2 other items and charged me for them they were out of.This is after they ran my debit card. The refund was given in cash. I love KFC but won't be visiting this location again anytimesoon. Read more
The most disgusting KFC I've ever been too !!! The boy at the register was obviously new and had to keep calling for the manager... to help him run orders and the manager would rush him and keep running to go to the back to hide I think ?? While the line wasout the door and the restaurant tables and soda area were filthy !!! There was a leak coming from the ceiling on to our tableand floor. I won't even comment on the women's bathroom which was unusable. Read more
Service was wonderful, friendly, and welcoming, even so close to the holidays. Great location, fantastic kfc food, all around... just a very comfortable atmosphere. Most staff was very friendly, and others were also great, getting their job done. Quick tofix any mistakes, it was a great time. Read more
