I have Alpha Gal and can not eat any red meat not pork due to a tick bite. Hubby and I were taking a day trip to admire fall... leaves. Stopped in at London Ky Hwy 192 location. I asked manager if there was anyway a spot could be cleaned in the grill formy eggs and hash browns. She didn't believe so for it'd take bricking the whole grill. I get that and completely understand!! Iturned to leave when one of the cooks turns to me. He told me he'd heard my request and he'd take care of me. Both cooks jumpedinto action and quickly and thoroughly cleaning a small spot on the grill for my food to be cooked! And they did!! I watchedthem. No other food was cooked on that spot until after my order was complete! Wow!!! I was deeply touched and impressed! Thoseguys did not have to do what they did! But they did!! They went above and beyond great customer service!! When I received myorder I wept!!! Since contracting this horrible disease in April this year I have had to limit my diet. Oh lawdy I miss a goodsteak or a sloppy cheeseburger and gracious bacon!!! But cooks like this are a rarity!! They helped Make sure my diningexperience was a safe and good one!!! I did not have to fear a life threatening experience where if I eat the wrong thing, myairway swells up restricting my breathing! Horribly scary!! Read more
Ordered almost 50$ in food here. It was cold when we got it. My 2 small children didn't get to eat bc it was so gross, under... cooked and bacon hard as a rock! Eggs were wrong! My food was all nasty!! Plz don't waste ur money on this nasty place! I hadordered take out and delivered to us bc I can't drive for sickness rn & I called the store and the cook was so high I couldn'teven talk! The manager called me bck n said ohh we can't do nothing! Stay away! Spent nearly 100.00 for a family meal and it was upsetting, bad enough to reach out to corporate. I wish I had my... camera on me for this one so I could show you the burnt hashbrows, MVP meals that came one item at a time and their salt waterflavored drinks. They couldn't accommodate our party of 8 and one other person at the bar. 1.5 drive and on a birthdaycelebration so highly disappointed. Read more
We friend and I were stuck because of surprise changes by Greyhound bus line ( Not notified. ) Very friendly and professional... staff ( There were 2 ) we're quick with our orders, engaged in conversation. Waitress surprised me with some delicious creamcheese dip for my seasonal fruit I ordered. My western omelette was delicious. My friend had chopped steak with fries and seemedto love it. My only concerns are that there should have been a 3rd person to assist because our waitress was an expectant motherbecause handling certain chemicals, lifting certain things isn't recommended during pregnancy.( We wished her congratulations), and certain items such as salad were removed from the menu. We hope salads are offered again, and menu items for those withfood allergies and diet restrictions are offered on the menu in the future.
