This was my second trip to Durham?s with a long stretch in between visit. May have been over a year since last trip. Seems... like they were just getting things up and running and had not been open in that spot very long. That said, I had forgotten howgood the Q was. Had the Brisket basket today with beans. The Brisket is fantastic. The setup is like a Texas Q joint whereyou order at a cafeteria style window (think Chipotle line). They do have a decent size dine in area but it?s an easy in andout if you are eating on the run. I?ll be back soon to try the Pulled Pork and Ribs. Not to mention the Smoked Sausage. Theyalso had a sign they had just put up on the window that said ?Smoked Queso.? Sounds fantastic. I could have ordered everythingon the menu today but will just have to break it down into a few items per trip. Looking forward to next visit. If you areseeing this from the interstate or from a distance, it?s worth the trip. Read more

Super friendly staff and great options for kids. Their beef brisket absolutely melts in your mouth! Peanut butter pie was... delicious. Definitely worth the drive off of the interstate if passing through. Read more

This place was soooo good. I always dread going to BBQ but they made a killer salad and the house made ranch was fantastic. The... service was fast and everyone was very nice. We really loved it here. Read more

The BBQ and sides are fantastic. Great texture, right amount of smoke. The salad was a generous portion and had plenty of egg,... peas, and other toppings on the blend of different lettuces. The restroom cleanliness was not optimal. Read more

Worth the stop! Right away we were greated by a Gentleman that you could tell enjoyed what he was doing. With not being there... before he gave us a run down of the menu and didn't rush us to decide what we wanted. We got the 3 meat (Chicken, Brisket andMeatloaf) platter and shared it. The meat was so tender! We got The Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans and Apples it was all delicious. We also got the Nachos to try and they were good. Everything we had was on point! We will definitely stop again if we are in thearea! We stopped here because of the reviews and it did not disappoint! We were even there within an hour of closing. Read more

We were blown away by this place. As a vegetarian, I can usually only order sides at BBQ restaurants but they have a delicious... jackfruit option. The collards are also vegetarian, as are all of the sides except the beans. My husband loved his brisket andwe were obsessed with the three sauces they offer on the tables. Split a slice of peanut butter pie and it was also wonderful.Definitely worth the detour off I-75, I only wish there was a Lexington location! Read more

What a gem of a find!!! Worth the detour off I-75!! I'm so jealous of anyone lucky enough to be living near this BBQ place. As... soon as we got out of our Jeep the pit smoke aroma pulled us right in. Ribs were SO GOOD!! Excellent smoke and black pepperflavor, didn't even need any sauce! Pork nachos were on point! Good sturdy chip to hold up to the generous amount of deliciouspulled pork. Choose your toppings, chopped onion, chopped fresh cilantro, lettuce, pickled jalapenos, sour cream AND your choiceof melted nacho cheese sauce or shredded cheddar! Read more

Place is legit it?s worth driving a little ways down the road past all the fast food. Instant smiling face as I walked through... the door and ready to take my order; was back on my way in 5-10 minutes. Brisket was thick sliced and definitely some of thebest I?ve ever had, perfect Smokey taste, seasoned to perfection. Pulled pork substantial amount was given and also was some ofthe best I?ve had and I?ve had my fair share of bbq. I got beans and coleslaw and they were great perfect portions. I will beback.
