Enjoyed breakfast at CB in London around 10:30. Roaring fire was very nice to add to atmosphere. Our server, a young man... Brently?? was very attentive and accommodating! My husband had the Old Timers breakfast. I had the Strawberry Cheesecakepancakes breakfast with a side of hashbrown casserole. THIS time the pancakes were very good. Last time I ordered this meal thepancakes were rubbery ...like they had been microwaved. I even asked our server abt them. This time they were fresh, fluffy andcovered in fresh strawberries with a cream cheese filling. Yummy! The hashbrown casserole was freshly made and delicious. Veryenjoyable breakfast. Thank you CB!! I have eaten at this Cracker Barrel many times but this time was a nightmare. My wife and I ordered the fried chicken and it... arrived burnt and hard as a petrified dragon egg. The waitress took forever to get to us and never showed back up to refill thedrinks or to see if we needed anything. The people behind us were experiencing the same service problems as we were. Whenanother waitress passed our table we took the opportunity to ask for the manager. The manager came out and looked at our foodand he told us the chicken was unacceptable and apologized about the food and poor service. He insisted that we didn't pay andwished us a good day. The original waitress passed our table as we were leaving and stopped by briefly to apologize for notrefilling the drinks and not checking on the food. I hate that our experience was so bad that it warranted this review but thefacts are the facts. I have had many great experiences here at this Cracker Barrel and I honestly hope this is a one time eventand when we come back I believe we will have a better dining experience. Read more

10/2/2022 We had a wonderful waitress Terri taking care of our table. Made sure everything was taken care of promptly. We were... lucky for parking our 42ft RV on the one side but can be a problem if there is more than 2 RVs this size in lot. It wasn'tbusy when we went in before the lunch hour but, when we left the parking was full and 3 Rvs had to find a way to park their RVsin lot haphazardly. There was no trees to worry about and the entrance and exit to I75 was easy from this cracker barrel. Read more

Service was great, food not so much. After getting our food, my wife's chicken was held past the hold time, it was over cooked,... her God daughters meal had gravy poured all over it, she only asked for it on her potatoes. The potatoes had been sitting forawhile, you could pick them up in clumps with your hands. We had to wait on silverware, got no butter with our biscuits, youguys definitely need to take a close look at your management team, and step up when it comes to customer service. Read more

Excellent! Great service and awesome food. Best pot roast I?ve had at any Cracker Barrel, they?ve really upped their game!... Favorite restaurant to eat at on the road. The loaded sweet potato was incredible. Everything was delicious and cookedperfectly. Service was fantastic,. The restaurant had a ton of gift ideas, trinkets, snacks, candy, and decorations for upcomingholidays. Loved the decor. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of parking! Read more

Good service. My food was good and healthy except for the corn bread - the updated recipe is awful!

Cracker Barrels serve the same food but not all food is served the same. The food at this location was served lukewarm. The... watermelon lemonade did not taste good. And, I was told they were out of apple butter? Say it ain't so, Joe. Still, they nowserve beignets with some crazy good maple dipping sauce. When the lunch app is the highlight of the meal you've got a problem,Houst...uh, London. Read more

This was the second time I visited Cracker Barrel in London. After waiting a couple of years I decided to try it again ( because... I love Cracker Barrel) I ordered the country fried steak with turnip greens and mashed potatoes with an extra side of gravy. The country fried steak was hot however the mashed potatoes, turnip greens and gravy was cold. I was finally able to locate ourserver (after several minutes) she came back with more sides that had been heated up in the microwave. And that was true for theother three guests that were with me. Their steak and grilled chicken was hot but sides were cold. I had taken my oldestgrandson there for his birthday. ( I secretly informed my server of his birthday and told her we would be having dessert andasked for them to sing to him...that never happened ) The only desserts they had was chocolate cake and peach cobbler. I wasreally disappointed in the entire experience. I hate posting bad reviews. Cracker Barrel in London needs to step it up toCracker Barrel standards! Read more
