I must say that I am highly disappointed that I?VE DROVE PAST BY THIS PLACE ALL THIS TIME!!! I was very surprised with their... roll taste! Probably the best roll place I have ever been to (their nigiri is pretty good but more toward average side). Rollsare freshly made right on the spot. It?s kind of hard to find a place where fried rolls are served warm and crispy. This placeknows how to satisfy you with your taste buds dancing to the maximum level. This was my first time there and I am excited to have found this place. I was there with my nephews and we had a sushi boat, the... Mayflower. It was perfect for the three of us. My only complaint was that it wasn't easy to get a server's attention, but to befair, it was busy so it wasn't their fault. I am looking forward to coming back! Read more
Great experience! I think the portions are huge, I was having lunch by myself and I often get 2 things but here it turned out to... be a lot and I took most of the sushi to go :) So my suggestion - get 1 item per person. After 2 years of social distancing and food delivery, this is the first restaurant the wife and I went to. The food is still... great from memory. Highly recommend the salmon skin salad, nice portion and fantastic flavor. I was so excited and ate up thesalad before I remembered to take pictures. We got the sashimi special and 2 rolls. The fish and ingredients are fresh and therolls are tasty. I loved the extra ginger and Wasabi. Service is excellent from everyone and not just our waitress. The waitstaff seems to help each other. Sushi delight is one of my favorite South Bay sushi spots. It?s located in a strip mall but that being said it?s really good!... And you know a place is good when it?s always packed and a wait to get a table! My absolute favorite roll is the 20/20! I caneat this all day! The flavors are in point. Also this restaurant is great when you want to watch sports events! Games are alwayson their TVs and the environment is friendly and welcoming.
