Spectacular customer service from this location. The food was great and along with a clean dinner.
8p fill up. dasher waited too long waiting at KFC for my order to be late. No plates as ordered. I had an undercooked breast... with a form of jelly on it. The extra Cripsy was almost non existant with a wierd texture. This was a difficult experience withKFC. Will think twice before reordering from this location. Do to lateness of order and low quality of its preparation and careof my PAID for products. Read more
Very un-welcoming & rude. Very unruly attitude. The male window attendant should not be working with the public, or he needs to... take some Customer Service classes. At about 4:20pm, we went through drive-through, ordered a 12pc bucket of chicken FamilyMeal, and the order attendant on the speaker stated we would need to wait 8 minutes for our order, was fine for us. When we gotto the pay window, we couldn't hear the masked worker who gave us a total. I asked him to repeat, & he sounded bothered. When hehanded food to me, he didn't say thank you or give me a receipt. I then checked to make sure all food was in the bag, & we weremissing coleslaw. I asked him for my coleslaw & receipt, he handed to me, but didn't apologize or thank us. Must say the friedchicken was good & juicy, not dry, but this location lacks friendly, appreciative Customer Service. He also forgot to give methe free drink for purchasing a Family Meal. Read more
The manager charged extra amount $9.43 on April 2022. I visited again to get refund or credit. But they asked me come again... because the manager was not there yet. What a bad service! ???? Read more
This place is terrible. I grew up around here and man has it gone downhill. It can be 7/8 and the dining room is closed when IT... SHOULD be open. On top of that they take soooo long and are rude like For what? SORRY YOU WORK HERE BUT ACT RIGHT. Why are theystill open at this point, you can tell they don?t care like they did back in the days... The people here move slower than snails running for there lives. Waste of my lunch time. It?s fast food not fine dinning people.... $15 for 3 pieces of chicken I couldn?t even enjoy because I had to wolf it down on my 2 minute drive back to work. Read more
I had a bad experience here it took forever just to be assisted the supervisor onsite was speaking about company issues with... cook infront of me..bad words were used and just to be greeted it took at least 6minutes i just stood there staring waiting..for a hello welcome...and finally after they were done gossiping they assisted me ...the cashier that assisted was very nicetho good job i wish i got his name ...the restuarant was dirty and unattended the order took to long i was unsatisfied with myvisit i do not reccomend this lication sorry guys but this is not okay Read more
Every single time I reluctantly visit this Taco Bell location it has the WORST SERVICE. The attendant is slow, rude and the... lines are forever long when THERE IS ABSOLUTELY HARDLY ANYONE at the location. Needs a definite improvement. Read more
