They definitely need a new crew. Customer service is terrible! We we?re at the drive thru like 5 minutes before they even asked... what we needed and they didn?t even have customers in front of us. Either the microphone doesn?t work or the lady needs hearingaids because no lie it took over 5 minutes to complete our 1 meal order because she couldn?t hear. Then we went to the window topay and waited another 5 minutes before we decided to leave because she had the window open but didn?t acknowledge us, shedidn?t take the payment nor did she give us the drinks or even tell us that we had to wait a bit, like all we could see was aopen window with her body there but no type of acknowledgement. Drive thru, requested chicken fajita pita without chk. Add tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, & grilled onions. Easy to make right?...
