This is the closest coldstone to where I live so that's the only reason why I go here. The past couple of times the same girl... helping me has a really bad attitude. Terrible customer service the handful of times I have come into this location. Lights are off so it looks closed. Stood inside... waiting for 5 minutes until a girl came from the back to help. Also no effort in mixing in the toppings just threw them in andscooped it up. I don't often leave bad reviews but I will not come back here anymore based on the bad service each time. Read more

Terrible customer service with the staff eavesdropping in a private conversation between my husband and me. Unprofessional. The... bigger staff lady proceeded to make her own ice cream creation while the poor other lady made all my orders. Gave my husbandattitude over a very simple order. April 22, 2018 at 9:05pm.
