Check your order before leaving. This kfc is down the street from my house - try not to eat fried food all the time..sometimes... you want good chicken. This francise is never consistant. But unfortantely the only kfc nearby. This visit, i almost drove awaywithout my fries and coleslaw, and would have if someone from the back didn't call for me to stop before driving off. The bagrecieved was only the sandwiches i ordered - which were also incorrect. I ordered and confirmed spicy chicken..recieved originalwith next to no sauce. Cold rubbery fries that sat around waiting for a customer and mediocre coleslaw. Hit popeyes instead..atleast they have improved their food. With food prices being what they are what you purchase should be decent quality not anafterthought. There was no line either..not a busy time for them. The fries were a dead giveaway of this factor. I went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 piece meal food took 20 minutes. Pepsi had no ice and food was not done threw it away.... The order taker was rude and didn?t understand anything I said. Will not be going back. Read more
Amazing how you can enter this KFC stand at the counter for over 2 mins without ever being assisted or acknowledged. Not sure if... it is because what i look like or just rude employees too busy on their phones to pay attention to me. The customer before mewas well taken care of by the same lady who, as I walked up to the counter, looked at me pulled out her phone and walkedaway.
