Ordered online. I work in manufacturing 2nd shift and sometimes getting out for lunch on time is difficult.I placed an order... online and was 5 minutes after closing to pick up. I literally have been to this Jimmy Johns twice in the past week to get a sandwich DURING THEIR NORMAL HOURS, once at 4:30 and... once at 5:30, and they had the doors locked and were not open. As a frequent Jimmy John?s customer, I was thoroughly disappointed with this location. I ordered a sandwich for delivery and it... took them over 2 hours to deliver the sandwich even though I live 5 min from the location. I was lied to multiple times as theysaid my order was out for delivery, yet the update on the app didn?t change for out for delivery until 15 min after the call.Then, after calling again after an hour 15 min of waiting, they said I would be the next delivery, yet no food showed up untilafter a 3rd call.
