I placed an online order for my boss prior to my lunch time for delivery. It was 30 mins later and I called the store to see why... it hadn?t been delivered. Since my lunch time was approaching I just told them to hold it and I will pick it up. Before headingout I placed my order and asked for ez avocado spread and lettuce they barely put turkey on it and literally the avocado spreadwas nonexistent. I?m not sure if they got upset that I requested to have the delivery tip removed from the first order but Ipaid $9 for a barely there sandwich. I don?t think that I will be ordering from here again. Also there were two delivery carsparked outside so not sure why they were ?waiting? on the driver to come back. I am really upset they could pause deliveryorders online there?s an option for restaurants to do that. Read more
I've been ordering from this Jimmy Johns for years and it has steadily declined on service. Today's sandwiches took an hour and... 15 minutes to be delivered approx 7 minutes away! I get that they have driver shortages, etc, but why can I get a pizza in30-40 minutes more consistently than sandwiches? They have had driver shortages for years, so it's my guess that this isn't agreat place to work and they have high turnover. Then to add insult to injury, I had to tip in advance or not tip at all. Ihave not been ordering as much from them and will not again. I'll drive to the one on Lake street to pick up (when and if Ireally crave Jimmy Johns) as they are better anyway. Read more

Got to the location at 15 minutes to close and the door was locked. Needless to say we will never go back to that location. If... your open till 9 and a customer drives out to you you shouldn't be closed early. Read more
Been ordering here for a very long time and to be hung up on like I was nothing is beyond me!! These ppl are rude and nasty, I... was ordering lunch as I do from time to time ask the young lady about the kids meal she stated there were no kid meals blah blahblah, she seemed a bit confused about the menu that I was asking about, remind you I recognized her voice from other times shetook my order and she messed up multiple times so I immediately let her know that I will like someone else to take my orderbecause I didn't want my order messed up( she got offended) and said she was the manager but she was the same lady reading mycard number out loud as I repeated it to her , that made me feel uncomfortable and for her to get offended and hang up on me inmy face like I don't spend money here is insane. Then I call back and the guy is rude not even trying to hear what his employeehas done which he is the real manager do you honesty think I'm going to order after your employee did something like that I'mpretty sure the ppl that order from here knows the young lady I'm talking about that MESSES EVERYONE ORDERS UP!!! Ordered the new Chicken Cesar wrap. Tasted outstanding just not enough chicken for me. At 9.34 after tax adding more chicken... would put me over my 10 dollar limit lunch tag. Either way it filled me up and the staff are always friendly. Freaky fast with asmile. Thanks Read more
