As per the reviews the owner greeted us and seated us. Coffee was good, real chocolate milk with syrup. Food was hot and my most... curious thought in a new breakfast place is: how were the pancakes ????. Well, they passed. I was shocked because not many do.Only one other place in the Lisle area has great pancakes. We will be back. Read more

Arrived early for our hotel and needed to get breakfast. Found this place and decided to give it a try. Glad we did. The coffee... arrived shortly after we were seated and we enjoyed it as we perused the menu. The crepes looked amazing but in the end we splitthe ham and cheddar omelet with fruit and pancakes then added a side of hash browns. This was more than enough food for 2 lighteaters. The food was wonderful! The service was great! Read more

I thought I would try something new and found this cozy little place. The owner seated us and he was very friendly and very... attentive. I assume his wife was cleaning the tables and pouring coffee as she was working like crazy and was speaking to him inGreek, she was very nice looking. The food was quick and filling. I never saw the bottom of my coffee cup, they are on top ofthat. Read more

Decided to try this place instead of the bland free breakfast option at the hotel... This place is only a slight step above... that. For the price, there are definitely better options in the area. The service was good. I was tended to while stuffing myface more than once. I ordered Apple Swirl French Toast and a Chicken Fajita skillet. Apple Swirl French Toast- the frenchtoast was very soft, like it was only cooked for a few seconds on each side. As you can see in the pictures it looks very...Unappealing. I think they need to work on their plating and presentation. The apples were dry and limp. It looks and feel likethey came out of a bag. The drizzle of syrup I put over my food brought it to life more than anything... Chicken Fajitaskillet- there was no chicken... An occasional cube here and there. Definitely not enough to call this a Chicken Fajita skillet. It was decent. Everything is plastic... Even the "skillet." I don't understand how this place has better reviews than some ofthe other options in the area. It's not horrible, it's just not good, especially not for the price. 3 stars for Service... Read more

Nice cafe right outside the hotel I?m staying at. I love the decor on the inside. The customer service is great. Not a long wait... for our food. I had the biscuits and gravy and my gf had a skillet. Not bad overall. Read more

This place is hard to spot as you are driving by, the sign is kind of set back and not easily visible. Once you find the place... and walk in, you'll be amazed at how spacious it really is inside. They have plenty of tables to accommodate almost any sizeparty. The decor is contemporary and modern, with two big countertop sections to give it an old diner feel. They have a fewoutside tables as well for those of you who prefer to dine alfresco. They only serve breakfast and lunch, no dinner. The food isgood and they serve waffles, omelettes, crepes, salads and other American dishes. The service was phenomenal, our waitress did agreat job at keeping our coffee cups and glasses of water full. The kitchen staff did a great job with our omelettes andpancakes. Overall, I had a great experience at this place. The only small issue I have is that they charge you a credit card feeif you don't pay with cash. Read more
