Friendly workers, food was served quickly and hot. No gravy on anything we ordered the fabulous bowl and asked for extra gravy... but they put no gravy which made the food not taste good when you expect gravy big let down when there is no gravy. Read more
Chicken was sopping wet with oil. Not crispy it literally looks so gross. Biscuits and potatoes were fine but yuck.
This has been my favorite fast food since then. Their chicken really taste so good here.
I can't say enough good things about this location. I had all but given up on KFC. The redlands location was a joke, the... university Ave was even worse... bad food. Even worse service. Then I remembered this location was here. Hadn't been in years.Decided to give it a shot. OMG!!!! I am so glad I did. The food was prepared right. Tasted amazing. The portions were correct.And the customer service blew Me away. Seriously... absolutely phenomenal. Both women that worked there were so polite andconsiderate and wanted to make sure My order was right and I was a happy customer. I can't say enough about how great the wholeexperience was. I wish I could get one order, where I don't have to come back or give up, to eat with my family when I order at this location.... The Staff tries to be friendlier, because I try to be friendly, which is nice, but it takes far too long to get someone'sattention, to get an order in or check the status of my order. This evening my food was over ten minutes late on a takeoutorder, I was missing food, and when I went to enjoy it, the chicken was overdone and tough. I know there are other chickenplaces to eat, but I always set myself up for disappointment, when I chose this location for KFC. Read more
A male Cook was super duper friendly and attentive, employees like him should get pay more and be in a management position,... cashier was friendly too and courteous. Place need it to be more clean but overall it was a nice experience. Read more
On june 18th I went to the drive-thru at the KFC on Redlands Boulevard and I ordered a 3 piece chicken and a chicken sandwich.... I was told through the drive-thru but there was no chicken sandwiches available when I ordered one. I do understand working inthe food industry that food is not always available. When i actually saw chicken fingers it was severely undercooked and verysmall and unacceptable. Read more
Ordered from here at 10:20 AM Thursday Sept 30. 2021. Buffalo wings and a classic sandwich. Wings were not edible, sour... chicken. We couldn?t get the wings without the buffalo sauce on the sides. The attitude of the employees were as others havefound them. We were told to buy another order if we didn?t like what we purchased. Save your money go to another KFC. Costco cangive you a fresh cooked chicken, enough whole chicken for 2 adults and 2 children for $5 dollars. They?re just across thehighway. KFC workers are just killing time here. It?s your money.
