Just got the 2.99 double cheeseburger and a 2.99 soda. They was one car ahead of us in the drive thru and it took 5 minutes for... the car to get its order. All we saw passed was a small bag. Our cheeseburger had a very dry bun. Otherwise it was okay. Read more

My bill was over $17.20 for what! Prices way too high for fast food. Two inferior tiny burgers and burrito worth $10, priced at... over $17. Have a conscience. And please don't blame COVID. Read more

I ordered fried zucchini but they failed to tell me until I asked for extra ranch they didn't have any. I wouldn't have ordered... them if I would've known that. Then I had a western bacon cheeseburger on the way home but felt sick to my stomach 30afterwards. I went straight to bed having the runs and an upset stomach the next day! Not recommended! Read more

SOURDOUGH STAR I?m so disappointed our food was uncooked bread was not even toasted it was the worse 2 sourdough stars We ever... had . I couldn?t even eat it all. So disappointed . Service was good but the food was nasty. I hope we don?t get sick. Read more

I really like to share about my experience. I had a very tough day. My daughter was very sick and I was all day at the ER. I... didn't have time to cook for my kids and decided to grab some food on my way home. I ordered 4 sandwiches, French fries andonion rings. The guy at the drive-thru gave me the order, i asked is that everything i ordered, he said "yes" i went home, mykids were very hungry and waiting for me. Opened the bag and we only found two sandwiches and they were not the sandwiches iordered either. I honestly was very upset and mad. I called the store and the lady who answered the phone was apologized andoffered to write my name down for next time to give me free order. I said no i am coming back to get my order. The lady nameAjaya i believe was very nice and professional she refunded my money and made me another fresh order. I really didn't want arefund but was mad. By her nice talk and the way she apologized i swear she made my day. She was very professional and knows howto run business. I hope that this is the manager of the store. She really deserves to be a manager. Very friendly andunderstanding. She definitely turned my mbad experience into a positive good experience. I'm so glad that there are kind,caring loving people out there.Ajaya i hope your company show you my comment.
