Unfortunately cannot rate 0 stars but wish to share my experience to enlighten others. Tonight 10/26/22 at approximately 7:15pm... my family and i came to the drive thru sat patiently to order. At the we box stated our order and pulled up. It was a busy nightso we did have to wait in line before and after placing our order. At the window (approx. 7:35 pm) we paid and the worker NEVERstated that we should pull up and wait for our ?made to order spicy chicken sandwich? so we sat at the window for an additional5 minutes to be told ?can you pull up we?re waiting on your spicy chicken?. When asked how long it would take they stated ?1minute?. now in any other properly managed establishment had someone placed an order that consisted of a mto they would havenotified said customer: 1. at the box when we placed the order or 2. at the window when we paid, should the employee statedwould you mind pulling forward we?re waiting for your spicy chicken- cool no problem. But when calmly stated that it made nosense to pull up for an additional minute the employee grabbed the manager. The manager asked for us to move forward because wewere on a timer we stated our same concern and at that point the manager decided we?re ?non-complacent?. she stood at the windowignoring our request for a refund multiple times and stood there to call the police. PLEASE NOTE AT THE TIME SHE BEGAN TOIGNORE US FOR NOT PULLING UP- THE ORDER WAS READY AND THE BAG WAS IN THE WINDOW. So at this point we?re not getting our food, mycard is charged & youre refusing to refund me. We happily waited for the police inside the establishment. When we went insidethe manager requested her employees to ignore us. Some type of leadership values and role model these HIGH SCHOOL KIDS have tolook up to? (side note the manager had a daughter working there who believed she was also billy bad a** and wanted confrontationas shes running behind calling for her mother. her behavior was unnecessary and draining) Wh Read more

I hate to even give one star. This manager and her daughter hell the entire staff was rude and very unprofessional. I have never... in a lifetime seen this behavior from anyone. This young lady and her staff called the police so that she could show off becauseshe asked me to pull up after sitting at the window for 10 minutes. I had already been in the drive through for 15 minutes toplace my order and then another 10 minutes at the window, but you wanted me to pull up when there was only one minute left on myfood. I then asked for a refund and the manager I would never allow this individual to manage my store she represents Wendy?s insuch a horrible fashion. Wendy?s hire up please take into consideration whom you allow to represent your name because it looksbad especially when you call the police and lie, but you have all these other people around to see that you are not telling thetruth and the police look at you and say just give them their refund! Lol sad and then when asked for information on the uppermanagement I was given the wrong number, so not okay. People please do better at the job YOU chose and do the correct thing ifyou are in management because some things are just not okay. All of this over a 22 refund very bad customer service!!!! I honestly hate giving bad reviews, but you should know FAST food no longer exists post pandemic. like everywhere else, this... location is PAINFULLY SLOW, closes out the breakfast menu early, DINE In availability is HIT & MISS, sadly. and employees don'tseem to care one tiny bit. my advice is go next door to Waffle House. (the picture? that's supposed to be a sausage biscuit (notcroissant) and french toast sticks? don't they look burnt?) Read more

I came to Wendy?s at 9:15-ISH on a on a Thursday evening and I was a little skeptical as I was waiting a little while in the... line to get my order and I decided to start reading some of the reviews. However, they really surprised me, the cashier was veryfriendly and nice and the young lady who handed me my food was very pleasant and quick they did apologize about the long waitand my food was hot and fresh so I definitely give this a five star experience! Worse customer service ever. Ordered on app for pick up. Drove through told them.at window my order number, it wasn't ready and... was told to pull uo. Waited 10 mins no one came out. Had to park and go inside and wait again. Order was wrong. Half missing.Then had to wait for a salad to be made. Manager was there the whole time and he didn't say a word. Sorry management and therest the employees aren't trained how to put order together correctly. Read more

The staff watched me beat on the door for 10 min. They were suppose to open at 10:30 & didn't open til 10:45 after standing... outside being ignored. When I got inside & learned the manager's name was Lucia, she was slow, nonchalant, unfriendly to herstaff & customers. The new employee Brooklyn couldn't get Lucia to her her for anything & Lucia kept referring to her as a boy,but she was clearly a her. Lucia was a poor example of a manager to staff & customers. I knew Lucia did not want to be at worktoday & it showed. When I brought the baby last week, with the younger staff working, they were friendly & wanted to work. Read more

Will somebody from Wendy's corporate please get this place under control. We've lived in Grayson 13 years and have never had a... good experience here. Today we decided what the heck we'll stop through. I was quickly reminded that this is the absolute worstWendy's location on the planet. The workers are hit and miss. Sometimes rude and unpleasant. Sometimes they're nice and polite.However the food is always lacking. They either forget a bun h of your order, assemble it terrible. Or they just don't have itat all. Not to mention it has got to be the slowest food line I've ever sat in. This Wendy's has been poorly managed for wayyyyyto long. Enough is enough Wendy's. The food came out in an efficient amount of time. There was about six other vehicles. The dine in area was not open, which was... disappointing. The bathroom wasn?t even open for customers, which really wasn?t a good thing. There was outdoor seatingavailable and a nice amount of parking spaces Read more
