I was about to leave, but then Amanda stepped out from the back with a smile &: quick service to make sure my toddler son ate.... He is nonverbal right now & was very fussy. We were waiting & standing at the front for over 7 min with no help or assistance &I made eye contact with 4 other Waffle house staff members, they didn't speak or greet us. It wasn't until Amanda walked fromthe back as I was getting ready to walk away & she quickly took my order with a smile & ask the cook to make it on the fly! Myson was so happy & loved his hashbrowns, they were cooked to perfection & so was my meal. My baby boy watched Amanda's everymove after she brought him his food. Food is barely able to eat, service is worse than the Food and the manager responded with a sorry about your luck attitude and... did everything to make the experience worse. In addition, the pricing is VERY DECEPTIVE!!! Read more
This Waffle House is NOT open 24/7 ? I drove 20min to be told they were closed because they mopped the floor .. so what ?! Smh I... will NEVER come back here. They are lazy and don?t want to work . Read more
I?ve been here multiple times they?re usually pretty good. It had been a while since I had last been there but this time is... pretty disappointing. It was pretty empty and for good reason. I ordered to go and they every single possible thing wrong myorder almost like it was done on purpose. The food was dry and messy with no care put into it whatsoever. So I'm a little confused at what exactly is going on at this Waffle House. I tried to call to place an order to pick up, and got... the message that they can't take orders over the phone at this time, and I'm assuming that's what you do when you're busy right?So, I was only 10 minutes away, so I decided I would just walk in to place my order and take it to go, but to my surprise, whenI pulled up, there was 1 car in the parking lot, and it was an employee in a Waffle House uniform taking a smoke break. Well, Isaid, maybe they were just busy 10 minutes ago, and now they're able to take orders, so just for my curiosity, I called again,same message, went in to Publix to shop for 10 minutes, called back, same message, as I was leaving Publix, I rode by there,and called again, same message, and the same car in the parking lot. Empty restaurant 3 employees walking around?? If this iswhat the new customer service looks like, count me out, I'm good, I will cook at home, and never frequent this Qaffle Houseagain. Read more

It was nice for a Waffle House visit. Nobody else there - we were with the kids for an EARLY dinner. Seating was limited because... of staffing, but wasn't an issue for us. Cook and server both seemed new, but they did a great job and our dinner was tasty.We'll be back. Read more
