Went to the drive thru window, to be told only online orders were being taken at the time. I went online to place by order, when... placing my order online the after 4pm $4 promotion was not working. I called to tell them and they were aware but didn?t after asolution for me. They easily could had offered me a discount or something. Or how about just take my order over the phone!!! Read more
Horrible. I sat in the drive thru for a while for them to tell me that they're only doing online orders. No ?sorry for your... wait? or ?we apologize for the inconvenience or anything. There were no signs outside before getting to the drive thru to letyou know that they were only doing online orders. My only regret is that I didn't check the reviews before wasting my time. Very disappointed in this location. Service is painfully slow, i used to come here all the time. Cashier is always down, ... some days they can't take cards, others days they can't take cash. Im going to other locations. The owner obviously needs tofire the employees they have, attract better employees (you might have to pay more and raise your prices) but i can't imaginemany ppl are happy with this location. The issue is your employees! I have no problems with the 6 other smoothie kinglocations i go to, just this one. Read more
