Went to the drive thru window, to be told only online orders were being taken at the time. I went online to place by order, when... placing my order online the after 4pm $4 promotion was not working. I called to tell them and they were aware but didn?t after asolution for me. They easily could had offered me a discount or something. Or how about just take my order over the phone!!! Read more
Horrible. I sat in the drive thru for a while for them to tell me that they're only doing online orders. No ?sorry for your... wait? or ?we apologize for the inconvenience or anything. There were no signs outside before getting to the drive thru to letyou know that they were only doing online orders. My only regret is that I didn't check the reviews before wasting my time.
