Typically love this place! Tonight I stopped by (didn?t realize hours had changed to 9, my fault not theirs) but I got there... literally 8:59-9 and they helped the car in front of me but then everything was blacked out. So confused I just sat there andthat?s when I googled hours and saw it closed at 9. That was great. Loved the 3 girls in the window STARING out at my car as Idrove away confused. Lights still on inside boys were sweeping. I literally just wanted 1 smoothie y?all lol. Just need bettercustomer service because this definitely isn?t what they usually do. They used to have great employees. Lately they just don?t care. Went through the drive thru twice for the same drink. Ended up... going inside for the 3rd time. HUGE chucks of ice. No flavor. Ended up being very thin snd not good but I left. Being back yourold employees and people that care! Read more

Went through the drive and the customer service was fine. The price was as expected but the smoothies tasted terrible. My mango... strawberry pure recharge tasted like pure water and the lil angel tasted like old bananas and so did the Caribbean way. If Iwasn?t in a rush I would?ve went back and asked for a refund. I really like this location. The smoothies are delicious. The staff is super polite and do a fabulous job at customer service.... With that said..... business practice is talked about. Lots of talk about employees not getting paid and not receiving tips.What a same. Your staff and service gets 5 stars, but the owners get a 0. Read more
Prices went up about $2 more, and it?s no issue, I mean everything?s going up. I only have a problem because on the drive... through menu the prices are not updated so I wasn?t made aware that prices had gone up until I made it the window to pay. Read more
