I go to this location all the time and the employees are always nice. I always order original and it?s always perfect. Only once... did I have to wait but it was well worth it because everything was fresh including the perfectly crunchy fries! I can?t stand itwhen you have to wait a long time but part of your order is cold and part of it is freshly cooked. Never had that problem atthis location. It?s always fresh. Read more
Food was yummy and staff were very kind, wish I could give 5 stars, but the policies regarding pricing are... unacceptable. Disappointed with the false advertisement, "hidden fees" Upcharge for slushie lemonade advertised as $1.00,receipt shows upcharge of $1.30. When asked, I was told, the screen with the advertised $1.00 upcharge was essentiallyoutdated, I explained that was not my problem, it's advertised and should therefore be honored 3 wing combo shows $9.69, yetreceipt shows upcharge of .80 for a drink. When I asked, was told the manager only purchased larger cups so that's why theupcharge. I explained that's not my problem that you all don't have the size cups advertised for that price. I advised, thatshould be advertised if there's an upcharge. Got to the car when my son explained the Sprite taste like water, went back andwas told the sprite needed to be changed. The quality of the customer service is awful. The tables were dirty. The cashier didn't acknowledge us for several minutes while... he and another employee debated with a customer whether they paid for a fry or not. Half of the employees were out in parkinglot in their cars. Also, when did it start costing 32 cents for 2 extra packs of honey?! Ketchup pack sized honey!! The slaw wassticky and rancid. Every single time I go there I pay way too much for a macaroni they don?t even fill up the way they should and then they give me... the smallest possible pieces of chicken. They never give me my sauce that I pay for or they will purposely lie to me and tell methey don?t have something that they obviously have. Someone told me they were out of chicken which is all they sell. It?s wayytoo expensive I pay 40 dollars for 2 people no fast food should be that high Read more
