First time I've been to KFC in a looooooong time and probably will be the last. Terrible experience. Made a mobile order and it... said to pick up at 4:26. I always come a little later to accommodate any other orders that may be ahead of me, short staffing,etc. I got there around 4:40 and the food wasn't ready. Just the drinks. While standing there, I could see them putting the foodtogether and one of the employees asked the other, "what are we waiting on for the mobile order?". He told her the popcornchicken for the macaroni bowls. You think the chicken would be fresh and hot right? Wrong. ALL of the food was cold. Not evenwarm. Had to microwave it at the house. The 3 piece box I got, the chicken tasted old and funny so didn't even finish eating allof it. The macaroni was basically one scoop of burned pieces (see picture) and my biscuit was burned. I had to eat only theinside of the biscuit. I was supposed to get the "tinder tenders" meal which was supposed to consist of 6 tenders, four sides,and two biscuits. I got 3 1/2 tenders, two sides, two biscuits, and no dipping sauces. Didn't get greeted when I came insideeither. I stood there for 10 mins, no one else in the restaurant?. ??? only to pick up a uber order, that was not even ready. I was not... acknowledged and it costed me my delivery, my pay, and gas. I stood there a little longer, still no help. I had to walk out andcancel my delivery. I will always rate them a 0/1 star for unprofessional, laziness and inconsiderate action?s this store needsnew staff get rid of them low life?s and get some people that?s trying to build your store/franchise to make the line wrapsaround the building because they are so busy? I don't know if this is a corporate store or franchise store. If I were them, I would be ashamed of the product they sent out... the door. Col. Sanders would roll over in his grave if he knew how bad his chicken was. IWe ordered a bucket, mixed with extracrispy and original recipe. Could not distinguish between the two due to it having been under the lights so long. The mostdisheartening thing of all was the ridiculous cost. I will never return. This. Location will not answer phone. I went there 9-2 ar around 730 pm. My 9ts old grandson want 3 piece tender with fries. Get... to window the lady asked the one with headphones, they waiting on fries right. The inherit lady responded no they are good. Gethome thay gave him potatoes with gravy. So all he ate was children. It was a deliberate act on the lady with headphone. Read more

I was hopeful that this KFC had gotten it together after all these years...and it is still a Nope! Stopped going for a some... years now (for the reason of this location always disappointed)-- had a taste for KFC - went here hesistanly but hopeful--money wasted- still the same..breading crumbling off the original recipe, very light in color, too soft & gummy/greasy, almostseemed undercooked. I've worked fast food, bartended, waited tables, and most service industry posisions. I get being worked hard and understaffed.... However, my wife ordered doordash pickup from this location thinking it would be a simple exchange. My wife went in and the foodwasn't there. So she waited and spoke to the lady at the front counter. Said to my wife "We been busy" my wife explained theorder said it would be ready at 1:30 and she had been running a bit behind, this was around 2pm. Lady said food was picked up bysomeone. Then started ignoring my wife and started talking to other people. My wife got the attention to the guy making food andhe said "we aren't gonna give you free food". So my wife had to step out and call KFC corporate while holding a screaming 2yrold to get the money refunded. I may have just thrown a trashcan at them had it been me. Treating my wife and child like theywere looking for a hand out. I'll never have friends or family order from the garbage workers from this location again. I'lljust travel further or choose a different restaurant. They should be fired. Read more

I asked for an 8 piece bucket of all original recipe legs, and it was the manager who took my order, and she said sure, she had... four ready but I would have to wait five minutes for the other four. I said that's fine, could I go ahead and have the four thatare ready so I can be eating while I wait? She said sure, so I paid and waited for almost five minutes, at which point anotheremployee handed me the wrong order. I don't understand why she didn't just grab me the four legs that were ready but she didn't.She came over and explained my order to the emploee, but they didn't give me anything, I waited almost 25 minutes before I gotanything. The legs that had already been ready were the texture of old leather, they had probably been sitting under the sunlamp for hours. The new legs were very skimpy. KFC has gone way down from what they used to be when I was a kid, and we lived inMacon, Georgia. Every sunday afternoon, right after church, we would stop and get a huge meal form the KFC there, there was onlyone at that time, I think. The chicken back then was always awesome, now it is barely edible, if that. And even back then, forsome reason, they never have enough legs. How can you be a chicken place and not have enough chicken? And why have they let whatwas once one of the best fast food places that existed become such a terrible place to eat? Read more
