I came into this location one morning wanting a specialty drink and the sourdough breakfast sandwich. My drink was A1 - I... ordered my sandwich with crispy bacon, and extra bacon (paid extra, no problem), and I want to tell you that this locationdelivered 100%. This place has been steadily going downhill. Coffee was horrible no flavor at all might as well have been a plain iced coffee.... Then, got an everything bagel with cream cheese for my Fiancé she took one bite out of it and almost threw up because the creamcheese had gone so bad that it was chunky and curdled. After she realized it was bad we could even begin to smell how had it hadgone. Attempted to call location and never got an answer. Do NOT go here and just go to the Starbucks up the road. Didn't really have a problem other than my mobile order not being ready when I arrived, and then having to stand by the counter... for over ten minutes until one of the employees finally asked me if I was waiting on something. It was not busy at all either,staff was changing trash and mopping the floor. I went in today and waited for a very long time which was not a problem but it became a problem when my hot latte was cold when... I told the young man he simply said he would re steam it and while he was doing so other employees stood around him and theywere all laughing and supposedly re steaming my latte and when I finally got it back the second time it was even colder anddidn't even taste like any coffee just lukewarm water and cold milk.
