I have been meaning to try this place so I pulled in while running errands on my lunch break since they had a drive-thru. When I... arrive at the menu you have to use a touchscreen which required me to get out of my vehicle to place my order. I pulled up tothe window after submitting my order and was told that the touchscreen does not work and they would have to take my order byhand. There were many options to choose from when building your burrito bowl and I tried to recall all of the options and hestill forgot my sour cream. He takes my debit card for payment and said he would have to take it to the front to charge itbecause the drive-through machine does not work and has not worked for sometime. No big deal. He comes back and asked if I needplasticware which I respond yes and he said hold on I will have to go get it and brings me back a single fork not even wrappedin a napkin or plastic or anything. I stopped by today to get a quesadilla from this establishment and WOW!!!! The food was fresh and delicious. I was also... extremely impressed with the professionalism shown from such young faces. The food and service that we received on this day was the worst, that we ever got before from here. Please let me say We love... Diablo's, but this night was bad. It was prom night and there were lots of young people in there and did not seem to reallycare about the customer. We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes after putting our order in online before leaving the house anddriving 20 minutes, then I parked the car and went in and still had to wait another 10 minutes for them to get around to fixingmy food. I ordered online and when I got there, they said they didn't have it. I had the order number, a confirmation email, and a... screenshot from when I ordered it. They were incredibly rude and told me they didn't have it and wouldn't look at any of theconfirmations. Then when they finally found my order, they made it and handed it to me without saying anything despite how rudethey were from the beginning. It's like they knew they messed up and just didn't care.
