The rude lady at the drive-thru window tonight made me appreciate good customer service when I left & went to a busier, yet... friendlier Del Taco in Snellville. While at the speaker in Loganville, I kept waiting and saying ?hello? but nobody wouldrespond. I finally drove to the window (no line) and a woman slid the glass back, looked at me annoyed, and said ?Yes??!!? Iexplained I waited but nobody came on the speaker so I finally drove around. Her response was she was busy helping anothercustomer so I needed to drive back around and order at the speaker again. No cars, no wait, and I?m there at the windowalready. I just left and went to Snellville. They had quite a few people in line, yet asked me to please hold and thenapologized for the wait and kindly helped me. The Loganville lady needs to go to the Snellville location and get some customerservice training. I WILL NOT be back! Read more

Horribly run location and looks to have been that way for a couple years at least according to reviews. I just waited at the... order box for more than a couple minutes with dead silence on the other end. No acknowledgment that I was there, no asking me tohold on a minute? nothing. So I pulled up to the window as the box clearly says to do if you can?t order at the box.. I wait forat least 10 minutes for the car in front of me to get their order, then am sarcastically greeted by the girl at the window whowas also wearing the mic to take orders. After explaining that I didn?t order at the box because it was dead silent for a goodwhile, she laughed and told me I could order by driving around and getting in the line that had formed while I was waiting. Iwalked into the lobby and the girl with the mic laughed and then slipped off into the back to avoid the counter. No one isholding anyone accountable here. People have been saying management here is awful for a while, and they are by no means wrong insaying so. This location should be shut down considering the rotten and missing food reported from several of the reviews I?veread. I wasn?t even given the opportunity to give them my money yet I still feel like ?I want my money back? Read more

Watch your receipts! We ordered from the Under $20 menu, 4 items each and a small drink apiece, after paying I realized we... had been charged 10 cents more on each item except for the drinks! Horrible customer service experience! I waited 10 minutes to get my order taken in the drive through. When I was never... acknowledged I drove to the window. The agent informed me that his Mike ran out of batteries and I now need to take myself backaround to the back of line! When I asked him why I should have to go to the back of the line he said because he is not takingmy order from the window. I reminded him that I waited there for over 10 minutes he said yes I know my Mike was dead I had toreplace the batteries! The stated that even if he wanted to take my order he wouldn't be able to during the "dinner rush"! when I arrived there was 1 other car in front of me. At the time there were 2 other cars in the line. I tried going insidehowever he came over and informed the trainee that I couldn't get a chicken with the crunchy taco shell. I am not sure why thisteam lead targeted me but at that point I just left. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was to please my Son. However Iended up going to Taco Bell and getting excellent customer service. My Son got his tacos and everyone was very satisfied. Read more

I have had good previous experiences here before, but this one was very bad. I ordered 2 tacos for my niece and 2 for me. My... niece's taco was ordered as beef and cheese. One almost had no beef and hers did not have cheese at all. There was barely anybeef in any of the 4 tacos at all. The shells and nachos tasted stale. None of the food was fresh, even the beef tasting off alittle. This used to be a good place. Read more

Huge shout-out the amazing ladies behind the counter that keep this place running! I had ordered 2 caramel apple shakes and the... machine was giving the employees some trouble but the ladies were speedy and efficient on making sure I was okay and hadeverything that I needed. As I waited I was able to see and hear how professional these women were and their speed ofservice. Once the drive thru rush was over, they immediately began cleaning their work stations and kept things in order. Theirfriendly attitudes made me want to come back but after seeing the way they handled everything, I will most definitely be back.And the food is BOMB!!! So fresh and so tasty!
