Have been coming to this location for years and the wait time has gotten consistently longer within the past 3 months. Pre... ordered a cold nugget tray for 4:30PM pickup and arrived at 5:20PM. Tray wasn?t ready and two other customers came in for traypick ups and received there?s right away. Even regular breakfast/ lunch orders through the app result in a long wait once wearrive. Terrible setup. Not everyone has the menu memorized, but they have employees standing before the menu placards to take your... order. Ended up ordering random food recommended by the employee since the line was backed up. Bland as can be. And didn?tinclude a single sauce for $30 worth of chicken and fries. Sooo I knew I was getting into a long drive thru line but 23 minutes and having pre-ordered my meal?? I have received faster... service at sit down diners! To top it all off I pay $10+ for a lunch deluxe charbroiler chicken sandwich meal and I get abreakfast fila, no lime dressing and large fries a third full of crumbs, for my time and money well spent. Well done, savingmoney Chick-fil-A, recycling your breakfast items (Ordered at 10:31AM) you HAVE saved money...and so will I from now on. As always, good food, great prices. The experience at this location this morning was positive. My transaction# was 728, register... 50, time 833am, total $20.55. They forgot my chicken biscuit and I didn't like the young lady at back register before you reachthe window, who walked up to a customers car to allow their dogs to lick her hand. #yuck. Thank goodness she did not touch mybag, because they would've heard from me before this rating. For those reasons, I'm rating three stars. I'm starting to think,it may be time for me to send my relationship with all CFA restaurant's due to the last three experiences in 7 days. Read more

Got a spicy chicken deluxe meal, usually they do amazing! However, I asked for no tomatoes, which they got right, however they... also did not include the top bun! So all I had was the bottom bun, lettuce, chicken and cheese. Also tried calling therestaurant about this and was sent to voice-mail, attempted to call customer service and was hung up on 3 times before evertalking to anyone. Read more

Chick Fil A is always a pleasure to visit. My favorite greasy food place. The staff is so friendly and happy, rain or shine,... cold or heat wave. Please pay those kids better, they do good work. Read more

Sooo I visit Chick-fil-A all the time. I have never written a bad review on the company. This location was by far the worst... Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. I went inside to place in a order, due to the line not moving at the drive thru. I knew thenit was a issue with this location. Went inside stood at the counter with employees looking at me and crowded around the drivethru window and multiple sitting at tables. Still standing there people were behind me waiting as well. I seen a manager comeand I had to go ask her can someone take my order. She took my order and I waited a awhile. They forgot to put salad dressingand fries in my bag. Got my fries but and then opened my salad and I received a salad with no toppings which I pictured. I tookit back to the counter and asked for the same manager (Shannon). One of the teens said is there something wrong. I said there'snothing on the salad but chicken. She then said I see one tomato and corn on the side. I looked at her and said I don't want itand I want my money back and a new salad. They had to go and find the manager again. At this time my fries were cold. So Iwanted new fries. One teen was very polite and helped satisfied my needs. She had to physically go to the back and get someoneto remake my salad. Also the people behind me was waiting on there food for awhile and came back to counter multiple times toask about their food. Shannon just didn't even ask if there's something else she could do to make sure I had what I want orneeded something else.This was far the worst and will not revisit this location. It was like being at a McDonald's with nocustomer service and don't care what was given to the customer. Read more
