This Bojangles store is pretty good. We like their chicken biscuits for breakfast. Fries are good when they're hot and so is the... gravy. I've always liked the fact that they serve breakfast all day. Remember as of now dining room is only open til 2:00pm. Read more
Getting off work then stopping pass to pick a box for the family just because we use to love this place but now they close early... shut the lobby down before 5pm then turn off the light before 8pm just to look like they are closed...maybe one day they willchange and actually wan more business but until then I will not go back Read more
Terrible service. One worker wasnt wearing gloves and handling food. Then saw us looking an put them on. The worker in the drive... thru taking orders handed our drinks to the car in front. The car in front took the drinks then handed them back to the worker.She tried to give them to me and I said no you gave to the car in front. She lied and said she didnt but we were watching. The ONLY cashier they had was untrained in how to work efficiently, and I stood waiting on her to take the previous customer's... order, for over 5 minutes!! She's talking to him, describing what they put in the containers, and how it's arranged, and wouldenter something on the register, then he'd ask a question and she'd remove the item. Yes, you help the customer, but you'dprobably need to ask him to move aside and give him a "tutorial" of ALL the menu items, AFTER you wait on customers that knowwhat they want, how to order it, and regularly patronize the restaurant. Where was the shift manager?! We'll drive to a furtherlocation from now on.... because sadly this isn't the first or even the third time it's happened. Specifically told them no gravy on two orders of mashed potatoes. Was ordering food for an employee who was on his way from a... job and would not have time to cook dinner when he got home. Met up with my employee to find that they had put pork gravy on themashed potatoes and by the time we got there (9:30 p.m.) they were already closed. Ordered a Cajun chicken breakfast sandwich (#1) and the biscuit was hard, the chicken was old and dry, and was given French... fries instead of hash browns. And get this, they didn?t even tell me they were out of hash browns, just gave me the fries. Gofigure Read more
