I ordered an ice cream cake online received a call from store apparently they cant make cakes at this location was told at the... manager would call me to refund my money. Well no call so I go to the store and was told they had made the refund and that ittakes a few days to show on my card I waited and called days later only to be hung up on still no refund. I disputed charge withmy credit card. After reading the other reviews looks like this place is ripoff. Ended up getting the cake from Bruster's inGrayson wonderful service and excellent cake! Where do I start: Their milkshake/blast machine is often not working. They are always out of certain flavors or items. There is... always an incredibly long wait. This location needs new ownership or should just be shut down completely. Read more
I pulled up the drive through at about 7:35pm and was turned away because they lied to me and told me they were closed. I get... it. I've been there. I know the trick. Tell customers you are closed so you have time to close up and leave. Whatever. Ifcompany time says close at 8pm, that means serve customers til 8pm. Read more

I thought it was weird that they never have mint chocolate chip ice cream but I just went to this location and order a pistachio... almond on a sugar cone.. ya'll the ice cream was MELTED! Ice cream selections were very low and didn't look appealing. My family still picked a few scoops in a cone. The ends of the... cones were broken and didn't taste fresh. I had an ice coffee it was delicious. Read more
Serving sizes aren't worth the price! Very disappointed as my family and I have been coming here for years and we will NOT be... back! I was charged $2.32 for this kid scoop of vanilla! I've been purchasing this same scoop since forever and it's NEVERlooked like this! This is ridiculous! If it weren't for the fact that I had promised it to my 5 yr old, I would've asked for arefund.
