Food was typical Arby's which is a good thing. It's consistent and not everyone can do that. I left with a satisfied feeling and... a full belly. Not very impressed. We ordered our food and then last minute my Husband decided he wanted a Jamocha Shake. He tried to ask at... the speaker but waited a couple minutes and no one answered so he pulled up to the window and and told the lady he would likeone. She said we aren?t taking any last minute window orders you?ll have to drive back around and order. On top of that, the DrPepper was awful, just tasted like carbonated water and our food was cold. Won?t be back, will probably just head to the Monroelocation next time we need our Arby?s fix. Read more

I went inside to order tonight at 8:56. Store doesn't close until 12a.m. I told the cashier that I didn't have a problem with... waiting for hot fries and jalapeno bites. Once I received food the fries was ok and the bites were cold and soft. The cashiertook the bites back the cook put the bites back in the fryer to re cook them. The manager told the cook she's(me the customer)is watching you. Then she brought the bites back up. This is very nasty, trifling and lack of concern for others. If anything,you throw the food away and not contaminate other foods to be cooked in that fryer. Be careful with this location. Go insidesometimes instead of drive thru. You will be surprised of what you see. Read more
I have been a regular for lunch to this location for a while and always leave happy. There have been a couple times I got the... wrong fries but that is my only criticism. Everyone working there have been efficient and shown great customer service. Gabbyand the crew who work the drive thru always treat me well. I am a Customer Engagement Manager at my current job so appreciatethe professionalism I receive from this store. Keep it up!!! Read more
1st time at Arby's. Just wanted a late night snack and had coupons. They were polite, even though it was closing time. They... allowed us to use multiple coupons, and the best part...? $1 small chocolate shakes. OMG DELICIOUS!!! And we could get up to 3with one coupon!! Also, the small shake was not a miniature version it was a regular size shake. WHAT A BARGAIN!! AWESOME!!! Read more
When the brisket sandwich first came out I loved it, today not so much. I can't pin point what it was but it was below average.... It you are going to advertise "We have the meats" make sure you sell a sandwich with quality meat and plenty of it. The brisketwas thin, dry, and skimpy. The service people we nice and gave good service, but it didn't make up for a less than qualityproduct. Read more
