They have been inconsistent in their quality for quite awhile. I let that go as my son prefers their flavors. But the most... recent carry out order of mine has made me not want to ever order from them again. In their online order system they have addeda tip option that automatically is filled in as a lower percentage, has other percentage options but provides no obvious way toopt out of the whole thing. Come on! This is ridiculous and should be criminal. Tipping is a choice. And tipping has beenreserved for those in service jobs that pay a less than minimum wage or provide an extraordinary service. I encourage everyoneto protest this newly added tipping scam that carryout places are sneaking in on people's bills. PJs is not the only place thatis doing this. Check your bills before paying. Pizza was expensive, the crustless pizza bowl was filled with grease and not good. Not getting that again EVER.
If I could rate this store as a 0 I definitely would!!! I ordered a pizza and did not get what I ordered and they wouldn't... replace the pizza they just said they would give me $3 off which is crazy that I have to pay for a whole pizza to get what Iordered in the 1st place. Absolutely ridiculous. I have had nothing but problems from this store. I will NEVER order here againwith thier white trash employees! First off when we called the guy taking our order didn?t have very good customer service he was cussing on the phone and telling... us to hold on while his screen loaded. Second the delivery guy was rude and third my pizza was very hard and they are sayingthere?s no way it?s hard. When clearly I?m the one eating it and can tell it?s hard. Read more
I hit delivery 3 times and put my address in 3 times they still put it as carry out but I couldn't get it with a brien leg... called them for it an hour after it was already ready never ordering from them again Read more
We ordered 2 pizzas that cost $42. Both were dry and overcooked with hardly any toppings. I called and spoke with the manager... and response I got was that they were training new employees. For sure won't be ordering from them again. Pretty sad thatLittle Cesar's has more sauce on a pizza these days. Read more
Waiting 2 hours and 9 min on just a large pizza and 20oz pop is ridiculous ???? this is for delivery so I am not tipping at all
