Whoever was cooking today was rude af. Dont try to joke with her ppl, she wont say a word; she'll just glare at you and slam the... food warmer door at you and walk away. Store manager is very rude and disrespectful to her employees even in front of customers. She doesn't care about their feelings.... I have been in their as a paid customer many times and every time she yelling at employees or sitting in her office not evenoffering help. I have heard that they are short handed. Now I know why if I was mentally abused like this everyday I worked. Iwouldn't work there either. I would not suggest going their or taking you kids. They might hear something you don't want themto. But I did noticed some employees have favoritism to her. So they don't get yelled at or mistreated. Someone needs to get awhole new store manager. Wish I could give a -5 star. I have visited many Casey's here in Indiana and never ever have seen astore so rude, loud, and fake happy employees. Read more
You should really think about hiring some pleasant cashiers! My husband went in, waited a moment and called when no one was... there. No one answered so he called out a few more times. The female cashier comes from the back and snaps at him that hedoesn't need to be making noise. Well if you would have called back to let him know someone was actually working somewhere hewouldn't have! He says as much and the Male cashier (who also came from the back) scoffs and rolls his eyes. My fiance stopped in for two 44oz drinks and some gas on 05/30/18 and he wrote a check not realizing it would not cover the... amount. The store manager, Stephanie gave him time to get the money and return to pay it in full or she would have to call thepolice and file charges. Stephanie gave him enough time that day and Michael was very greatful. When he returned Stephanie wasvery respectful. She thanked him for being so honest. When he got back in the car he was so thankful for her believing in him.Unfortunately on 06/07/18 Michael died.
