Arby's is hit or miss. I once had to wait about 45 minutes for food and when we got it, we were either missing items or they... were wrong. Usually not that bad of an experience, but you can definitely tell they stack their night shift with the goodemployees. Day time...Cross your fingers and hope for the best. Read more
Dinning room was messy and the crew was understaffed. I received the curly fries instead of the crinkle cut I ordered.

TL;DR Open late, friendly staff, check for sauces. Drive-thru lane: once you are in it, there is no turning out. We drove... across town after a movie to grab a late dinner as this was the only decent place open after trying 3 other restaurants. (Oneplace had a note apologizing that they were closing early, another was listed under the wrong time zone, and that last justsimply had wrong times posted...) so this was one of the few places open past 10 pm, but drive-thru only. Drive through had abit of a line when we pulled in. How it directs traffic is a little odd, it funnels you to a single lane that you can not exitonce you are in it. So if you choose the drive thru, you better be committed to it, because there is no changing your mind. Itis also a tight turn, so biggers vehicles beware you will need full turning radius to make it past the order spot. We wereinformed that several of the normal menu items were currently unavailable. Ok, can't help that. That has recently been an issueat many places. 1. Ordered mozzarella sticks with extra marinara. 2. Ordered jalapeño poppers and asked specifically for thebronco berry sauce. 3. Ordered a chicken sandwich that comes with swiss, requested to replace swiss with any other regularcheese. Ask for extra honey mustard cup as well. 4. Ordered 2 meals and some single sandwiches to feed everyone. Get to thewindow, am asked about sauces. I repeat the ones I asked for the ones mentioned above, and add Arby's sauce and a single horseysauce. Was told no problem and disappears from window. Different person appears, asks about sauces, I repeat myself. Told ok,gotcha, also disappears. Third person appears, ALSO asks about sauces as she looks into the bags. I start to repeat myselfagain (marinara, bronco berry etc) but she cuts me off saying, "no like Arby's sauce" to which I reply yes some of that and asingle horsey sauce too please. I thought it was a little bit ridiculous that we ordered a 3 piece chicken strip and had to wait almost 15 minute's to get... it. The men's room was undoubtedly one of the filthiest I have personally ever been inside of I seriously doubt that I willreturn anytime soon.... Read more
So tired of stopping by to grab a quick bite and getting 10 miles home only to find out half my order is missing! This has... happened so many times it is unacceptable! I could understand if they were busy. I was the only one in the drive through and itwas like a party of employees inside! So disappointed again! $11.00 for a sandwich and didn't get the rest of my order! Read more
This was probably the first time that I've ate at Arby's in the last 20 years. The food was great and I believe this is the only... place in town that has the crenkile fries ????. Highly recommend the mozzarella sticks. Read more
Very disturbing we were only standing in line after one other person and I get it she was the one up on the line she was more... focused on getting her drive thru orders out but she turned around several times and didn't even acknowledge us standing theregot tired of waited so we left and went elsewhere Read more
