Edit 10/18/22 The new owners contacted me asking if there was a second chance I would give for their customer service to be made... right. I tried to replicate the same experience I had previously to see if anything had changed. They've added a menu andordering system further back in the line of cars and it definitely decreased the wait time in line which is a huge plus. We alsowent right before closing and did not run into the same problem of them essentially closing up early despite having customerscoming within the open times. I'm sad they removed the limes from the bottom of the twisted twister drinks but they still tastedamazing. Also tried out their new gluten free cookie and it was delicious. Overall, it was a night and day good experience and Ido think the new owners are improving the customer service all around. I took a long break from twisted sugar since my pastreview but I suspect i will be back now that things have been switched up. We went through the drive through and got there 20minutes before closing and then waited 10 minutes behind 3 other cars before we got to the window. I ordered a twister ice creamsmoothie and two cookies and was then told that they had already started sanitizing their smoothie machine since it was close toclosing. That's really terrible customer service. To be closing and eliminate availability to part of your menu when you stillhad a steady stream of customers AND you were not outside your open hours posted everywhere? I can get great tasting cookies andmixed sodas at 2-3 other locations here in Logan but I chose Twisted Sugar because I wanted that product that should have beenavailable. Super disappointed with this experience and hope management sees this review and corrects the problem with theiremployees. Read more
Gluten free options are the best. I love the energy drinks combinations. stop starring .
I'll update my review as soon as they bring back the Haydo with Monster in it. It was the only reason to go here before. Edit:... In response to the owner. I did try it with the rockstar and it was terrible. Which is why I wrote this review. Edit: So happyabout the monster option haydo. I'll give them 6 stars if the original monster becomes an option again. But the white SF one isgood too. (White is the only option they have). And the red bull haydo is also very good. Read more

Was reached out to and offered a generous gift for my troubles :) Lots of reviews on here... talking about super long drive-thru times?.well I can confirm that nothing?s changed! I?ve been in the drive-thru for 10 minutesbehind ONE CAR!???????????? the employee just BARELY came to the window to take their payment?ridiculous!
