This Taco Bell is absolutely ridiculous. My friend wanted a tea so we got a tea and the tea out in the lobby was foamy and then... they decided to get some from the back and it tastes awful like mold. We sat in the lobby for almost an hour just waiting forare food to be cooked with none else in the lobby and barely anyone in the drive through. They were no help at all and the staffis lazy. The people that work here are the lowest quality individuals on the face of this earth. They messed up my entire order and I... didn?t even try and go get it fixed because these people were so incompetent it was astounding. Also out of no where theemployee at the kiosk told us that our burritos were going to be much smaller than usual. Same price though. Awful staff. Read more
Only one here. Had to wait on my order over 30 minutes! Not happy. Definitely thumbs down!!! This place sucks!
This taco bell is kinda hit or miss of they get your order completed accurately if you have any customizations to the items.... They do good work about 60-70% of the time, but often times they don't get everything all the way right. Read more
Update: Lately they have not been getting the "fresco" request right. It's annoying to go through the drive through and then... have to go back and ask them to fix something. Fresco is a quick way to get all the dairy options replaced with salsa ortomatoes and onions. Please improve your employee training. Always great at honoring my special requests. If they make amistake, they quickly fix it without rudeness or anger. Love the quick vegan options at Taco Bell. Read more
I am a pretty regular customer of taco bell, but am not from Logan. We stopped at this location on our way through down and were... disappointed. It was a pretty long wait for food that was cold and made incorrectly. After eating my "bean" burritos, I'mactually pretty sure there were not any beans in them -- they were almost entirely tortilla. They also gave us soft tacosinstead of crunchy (not a huge deal but just another small thing on top of the rest). And we ordered two sides of the red sauce- normally these are free, but we were charged for them this time. That's fine, except the cups were not even halfway full. Thatbeing said, my dorito taco was pretty good and made correctly and my husband enjoyed the spicy potato soft taco he got. Stillprobably won't ever come back to this location though! Read more
I had a large order of taco goodness. The awesome girl that took my order gave me a free drink, saying that it was going to take... a while. I was super impressed by this gesture. They were actually very fast pulling the order together. The food was super goodand fresh, staff was friendly, fast, and top-notch on execution. Definitely coming back for those nacho fries! Taco bell is easily my favorite fast food. Since moving to this area this is my new go-to location and unfortunately, it isn't... great. They only get my order right half the time. I've started double-checking my order before I pull off because multipletimes I've gotten home and things from my order are missing. Also half the time I don't get ice in my drink.
