Before heading to Logan, I searched where to eat lunch. The recommendation was backed by a local at the Big Deal store down the... road. I didn't regret it! The shrimp & grits were amazing! That alone was worth the two hour drive. The owner came out andserved me, checked on me later - even bringing bread to be able to enjoy every morsel! You must come here! Read more

I?ve wanted to try MayMoes ever since I discovered they were on Triple D. The food brought me back to when I visited New Orleans... several years ago. We had some southern classics that were all amazing! The sauce on the shrimp and grits was to die for. Thered beans and rice had an awesome flavor. The beignets were hot and fresh with plenty of powdered sugar on top. To me thejambalaya could?ve had a little more flavor or kick but still good as well. Definitely stop in if you?re ever in Cache Valley. Read more

Very good food. Coleslaw is the best I've had for a long time. Cajun spice was a bit strong for me but I am a woose when it... comes to heat. I had the BBQ chicken poor boy, it was delicious! My niece liked her shrimp pasta, except the mushrooms and wayto salty. My nephew had the chicken strips and green beans. He loved it. Says they have the best "blue ranch" and fry sauce he'sever had. My sister had the pastrami burger with jambalaya, that was way to spicy for her. Read more

What can I say? Well for my husband and I who have not found Cajun food anywhere these days, even though he is an otr truck... driver and we're in every state, this place is heaven on earth for any true southern traditionalist!!! We were greeted by Jameswho by far knows Cajun food and knows how to be the best, funniest and most gracious southern host we have seen. This place hasit all! Frogs legs to melt in your mouth, divine fresh catfish, red beans and rice ( with the bay leaf intact which most cooksforget) and shrimp and (yellow) grits that will send your mouth and mind into a " Cajun coma"! The atmosphere is not "country"but Cajun as it should be. Order your food, sit down anywhere and with almost no wait the food arrives as fresh as we've seenanywhere. Triple D (Food Channel) show has been here and Guy signed the wall, there's photos galore to look at, above the fillit yourself sweet tea and soft drinks. You'll further feel at home by the serve yourself silverware, hot sauce and the bestthing of all a roll of paper towels on each table! This is the best little bayou restaurant most certainly in Utah if not allthe states. Try it out, and even though we're told the hamburgers are awesome....go Cajun, you won't regret it!! Read more

So, I so enjoyed Maymoe's last week I had to come back. This week I had the Baton Rouge Cheese steak and Red Beans and Rice. I... am learning that everything they serve is awesome. The meat on the sandwich was so tender and flavorful and there was a hiddensauce just waiting to surprise my taste buds. The Red Beans and Rice tasted as good, if not better than, anything I've had inNawlin's or Louisiana! I am so glad I found this culinary treasure! Looking forward to my visit next week when I get to returnto Utah Read more

This cute place is DEFINITELY one of our new favorites. The service is exceptional; actually have never been greeted so warmly... at a restaurant before! The owner checked on us several times and the greeter (wish we would?ve caught their names) took suchgreat care of us! Now for the food? oh. My. Gosh! It was to die for. I got the blackened chicken Cajun pasta and my fiancé gotthe marrow butter burger and both were incredible! We will come back often and recommend to everyone we know. Can?t say enoughgood things about them. Must try! Read more

This place is the best Cajun food I've eaten outside of the South. Delicious hush puppies. The gator bites were fantastic. My... daughter's shrimp and grits were my favorite. Creamy grits with a stupendous remoulade. Red beans and rice and the jambalayawere well done. I recommend this if you want some good Cajun soul food in Cache County. Read more
