I tried to order donuts from here twice. The first time I was told they didn't have what I wanted and that it would be available... later. So I went and made an online order to give them plenty of time to get it ready. I showed up to pick up the order theytold me that they didn't have enough of what I ordered and that they would be refunding my money. They were very rude when Iasked why they didn't have the stuff when I gave almost 2 hours notice. They told me that it wasn't their problem and that Ineeded to leave. Went there this morning after the drive through opened. After waiting at the menu for a few minutes we drove up to the window to... see if they just missed that we were there. We waited a while, then the worker turned and saw us and ignored us completely. Weeven called a few times and could hear the phone ringing inside. So I entered an order online for $40.00 worth of donuts for a birthday gathering to pick up in 30 minutes. When I checked out... out and paid online the system indicated that the donuts would be ready at noon - which was about 45 minutes from when Iordered. Great. I head out to pick up the donuts - drive 15 minutes to get there to arrive at noon (I arrived a couple ofminutes after 12pm) and the store is CLOSED. There is a sign on the door and drive up speaker that because of staffing issuesthey will be closed noon to 3pm.Uh, could you not have contacted me? Why did you let an order go through anyway if you can'tfulfill it? Will you even be open at 3? Never again. Unacceptable. Read more

When store hours are posted on the outside of your door but you don?t respond to customers knocking on the door, that?s rude.... It?s also not a good business practice to not adhere to your store hours. If you close two hours early for whatever reason, atleast have the courtesy to explain why instead of willfully ignoring people. So poorly handled. There were five employeescleaning without anyone acknowledging our knock at the door. Makes a franchise look like it?s being run by children. Read more

Well, I have never a problem with Krispy Kreme until today. I pre-ordered they day before but they still didn't have my order... ready. Which left me feeling disappointed because these donuts were to celebrate my son birthday with his class. But what canyou do? Hopefully they get organized in the future. Read more

I just purchased a box of a dozen glazed donuts at about 5:30 p.m. and I'm pretty disappointed because I drove clear cross town... just for these donuts. They are stale!!! Seriously taste like they were made over 48 hours ago. I would rate them at a 2-Startlevel but I've been here before and have had a great experience so I'm writing it at 3 for now. Read more

This was like a year ago since I went there, but when I did go there they charged me too much. I had to look it up the real... prices and found out that the receipt was wrong. And then when I went back to get refund for the donuts that I didn't buy, theydidn't even say sorry for them mistake. Not to mention the donuts I got were stale and taste like they were from the back of thefridge. Read more

The ambience is nice, I had two donuts, a glazed and chocolate with sprinkles. The donuts are tasty but sweet eating more than... two would be excessive. I had a hot chocolate and although tasty, my hot chocolate was cold. It might be that machine had barelybeen turned, but it was disappointing. Read more
