Don?t waste your time. your tummy tells you it?s hungry and you can smell KFC a mile away you?re so excited to pull up an order-... ?We are out of that?, ?Sorry, out for the night?, ?not we are out?. Finally settle on something completely different than whatyou were wanting- pay for your food, take your bag and head for home. Pure disappointment!! The chicken pot pies you could turnover onto the floor and hit as a hockey puck, The chicken tenders are so dried out a full bottle of ranch couldn?t help youchoke them down. And there?s no doubt the macaroni and cheese was scraped from the bottom of the pan. You live 16 minutes fromtown, you?ve tried to call, it?s 20 after eight- you call for 20 minutes finally someone answers the phone and says if you?dlike to bring your food back in we will replace it?? With What? You were out of everything an hour ago. I?m home, I?m tired andI?m so disappointed. and of course no receipt was given out the window. Came in last night around 7:30PM through drive thru. Let me be very clear, this was a WEEKDAY. I purchased the 19.99 9 piece... DRUMSTICK AND THIGH, double mash meal as it was a coupon I got in mail. I received extremely old, burnt, chicken wings. WINGSAND NOTHING BUT WINGS. The fat guy behind the counter must have took and ate all my drum sticks because I didn?t have not 1 inmy entire meal. I will be calling to speak to a manager for a full refund as I literally threw away 20.00 of chicken due to itbeing burnt and old. Not to mention the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT FROM COUPON. Said I would get JUST drum sticks and THIGHS I got bonewings. I do not recommend coming here. Please take your money else where that?s worth it. Today I purchased the crispy chicken tenders with Nashville hot sauce. The tenders were juicy, the fries were well seasoned and... the Nashville hot sauce was amazing as ever. Just enough to open your pallet and burn your ????. This new facelift and brightairy dining room would put a smile on even Colonel Sander?s face. The the owner has invested a lot of money and the staff has alot of pride in their work. Come say HI and get some good chicken and don?t forget the coleslaw. Decided to try the mac & cheese bowl after seeing a TV ad. I ordered the classic version. Unfortunately, I didn't think to look... in the bowl before I drove away (because it should be easy to fill a simple order, right?), because they had actually given methe spicy version. It was basically a classic bowl with what appeared to be chili-flavored soybean oil dumped in it. They were out of tenders, chicken sandwiches and fries.. How are you going to be out of those items when that is what the fast... food restaurant is for? It did not seem like they were out of it, but rather just unwilling to make new ones due to theinconvenience for the staff. I understand that the employees are getting paid minimum wage and that it is a fast food restaurantbut I don't think I've ever received such poor customer service and restaurant experience. I got a famous bowl and a $5 fill up as well as a side of 6 biscuits. There were a few good biscuits, but about 4 of them were... completely doughy on the inside. I tried to salvage them with some time in the toaster oven the next day, but alas still sodoughy beyond repair. Service was good and they had my food quickly, but at the expense of my biscuits being uncooked. Thefamous bowl was good and the chicken and drinks we got. Real disappointed with this visit. She said her name was Brittney, as she had no name tag. She was our cashier having multiple... opportunities to provide customer service. Not at any time during our interaction with her did she make us feel comfortable oreven smile. I felt awkward. We took our food and left. Read more
Never have i had a craving for KFC but for some reason I really wanted some of their chicken tenders. When I got home to eat I... realized how tiny the chicken tenders were. I spent about $10 on 3 chicken tenders that were extremely small. I will say, theydid taste good. Would not spend my money here again. Read more
