Custard was slimy and stretching. I?ve been one other time and the custard was good last time. I don?t know if this time it was... old, or melted and was frozen again but something was off. Two stars instead of one because the Italian ice was yummy. Read more
Delicious, but the location is pretty bad. I realize it's nice and visible from main street, but it totally detracts from the... experience having it so close... Plus it makes me nervous having my kids run around. The other thing I hate is it's just in ahot parking lot... The line gets pretty long, and doesn't move quickly, and you're just standing there in the sun on hotasphalt. More than once I've gone somewhere I like less just to avoid waiting in that hot line. There also aren't great placesto sit and eat. Are there chairs and tables? Yes. But again, in a parking lot with no shade. I've heard that sometimes they haveumbrellas up, but I've never seen them. People crowd in the tiny bit of shade the truck makes, which is super close to thehighway. The actual product is fantastic, I just really wish they'd move or open up a second location somewhere better. Read more
Super yum. The flavors and textures were amazing. I?ll only be stopping by when there is no line in the future. It was a 50... minute wait with my two littles and I don?t think it?s worth that kind of wait for a dessert, especially when there?s not muchshade. I would love to see them streamline the process a little more or I?m afraid they will lose business which would be sadbecause the gelati is fantastic. Read more
I love Karie Anne's! I gave it 4 stars today because I came in with my daughter and her 2 sons. From the time we got in line... until we received our desserts was 50 minutes. They were busy which is awesome because we don't want to lose Karie Anne's!However, there were only 3 employees. On the last day of school for Cache County School district I was surprised there weren'tmore employees to keep things moving quickly. I give the desserts 5 stars! I used to go to the rexburg location when I lived there a few years back and I loved it! My husband and I just moved to Logan... and were searching for dessert options and when I saw Karie Anne?s I was beyond excited! Best surprise ever. Love this place! Great flavors and kind staff. Lines can be long especially in the evening and so plan for extra time if you go... when lines are long as the service was significantly slower the more orders they had, understandably. Read more
