Without fail, everytime we order Nachos at the drive through the forget to put the Queso cheese in with it. It's an item that's... included with the Nachos yet every time they forget it. I have to then go in and ask for it and they act like I'm lying when Isay they forgot to put it in with the Nachos. They continually mess up orders. Not sure why I bother to go to this locationstill. I don?t understand the poor reviews. This is my go to fast food place. I come here more than any other place in the valley. I... love that the lobby & food area are clean and presentable. I?ve noticed that a lot of food places around here have stickytables. Not here. The tables are clean and so are the floors. The workers also have good presentation. Having everything cleanand in order makes me feel good about the food I?m eating. The food itself is great too. The service is great. Love the food and the customer service is good. Hate how they charge for meatless options. I asked for extra bean on my salad... with no meat. They charged me 2.50?. For extra beans. I could have gotten their STEAK for less. I should have drove to Walmartand bought a can for cheaper. What a joke. Where to start?. Online order that was over 20 minutes late, which for a store that only had 1 person order the entire time we... were waiting is a little ridiculous. Once the order was made and given to use we notice that 2 meals were missing. The only goodthing about this experience was that the store was clean.
